Location: Onna Village (Onna-mura) is truly one of the most beautiful areas in Okinawa.
Arrival & Check-in: Very smooth arrival. Luggage (suitcases, backpacks) was handled immediately upon arrival at the entrance. The parking area is covered and shaded, avoiding direct sunlight.
Front Desk: The reception staff was very helpful, attentive, and explained everything clearly.
Luggage Service: All bags were delivered directly to the room as expected.
Cleanliness: Room, bathroom, and toilet were clean and free of visible dust.
Balcony & Terrace: Very spacious. The daybed/sofa and the private outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony were highlights.
Pool: The swimming pool is huge with a wonderful scenic view.
Dining: The Chinese restaurant offers decent taste for breakfast and dinner.
Value for Money & Pricing: The rate during the peak summer holiday season is extremely high. Given the hardware issues and lack of luxury amenities, the price-to-value ratio feels off. It simply did not feel worth the high cost.
Outdated Room Tech & AC: The room technology feels dated for a 5-star resort. The air conditioner felt weak—even set at 19°C, the room stayed warm and uncomfortable overnight. The Toshiba TV also felt like a cheap standard model.
Terrace Furniture: The balcony has a sofa, but lacks a standard table and chairs.
Toilet & Plumbing: The installed toilet (INAX) feels low-end (closer to a 1–2 star standard). It lacks automatic lid opening/closing and auto-flush features compared to TOTO or Panasonic luxury models. Water temperature control was slow, and eco-settings felt outdated.
Bathroom Issues: There was a subtle unpleasant odor in the bathroom. While the Hansgrohe shower fixture is a quality brand, the hand shower head does not fit properly into the wall bracket, making it unstable and prone to falling down. It took a very long time to get hot water, and the control unit was unintuitive to operate.
Pool Water Temperature: The pool water was very warm (almost like an onsen), offering little refreshment on a hot day.
Food Variety: While the Chinese restaurant tastes good, the menu repeats and lacks a true "wow" factor compared to high-end Chinese cuisine (e.g., in Ginza).
Laundry Facilities: There is no private washing machine in the room despite ample space in the entryway. The resort only has 5 shared washer/dryer units which require early reservation.

El mejor hotel q estuvimos de todo Japón. La habitación increíble de grande y equipada. Todo nuevo y moderno. Baño genial, jacuzzi, piscinas, la TV todo!
Camas muy cómodas. AC silencioso.
No le pongo un 10 por el desayuno, era un buffet de estilo chino y japonés y no había opciones occidentales, además de ser muy repetitivo. Por favor añadan opciones occidentales y sería perfecto 🙏🏻

客室のジャグジーや屋外プールなど、海に行けなくても楽しめる点が多くあった。
接客や清掃サービスの質があまり高くなかった。
丁寧で気持ちのよい接客をされる方が居る一方で、主にフロントの方などの愛想が良くなく、清掃も血で汚れたシーツに交換され、ゴミ箱の中以外のゴミはほとんど回収してくれなかった。
適度なリゾート感が楽しめる。夕方からのプールサイドでのサックス演奏とっても良かったです｡
壁と天井、床が薄い! 同室内のリビングとトイレでの音、上の階や隣の階の椅子が、床をこする音などめちゃくちゃ響きます。あと、他の内装に比べて客室トイレの設備がちょっと簡素すぎる。タンクレスや便座オート開閉、自動で流れるモードなどなく、タンク式の自分で捻って流すタイプです。あと、カーテンも自動で開閉できたらなおよし。

difficile comunicare con lo staff che parlava davvero pochissimo inglese, abbiamo dovuto fare un complaint e ci abbiamo messo più di mezz’ora per riuscire a spiegare la situazione tramite i vari traduttori
Avevo indicato che eravamo in viaggio di nozze ma non ci hanno fatto trovare neanche un’amenities in camera, solo dopo il complaint ci hanno regalato una bottiglia
Trovo assurdo dover pagare il sapone per il bucato in un hotel 5 stelle
Tramite loro non si possono prenotare attività e quelle poche sul sito dell’hotel non prevedono il pick up della struttura, cosa non positiva visto che si trova in una zona abbastanza isolata e non tutti hanno le macchine
Noi abbiamo pagato metà prezzo tramite offerte, ma non vale assolutamente secondo me il prezzo pieno
