Highly recommended, we would return any time!
Pros:

We spent our honeymoon here and would return any time! Everything was amazing from the friendliness of the staff to our apartment to the food!
A highlight was of course our private hot tub on the balcony!

Pros:

Amazing staff, helped us a lot with accommodation for my wife's celiac, they made a delicious separate breakfast fir her since the buffet didn't have many gluten-free options. And in general they were very professional, kind and welcoming. We would definitely go back to this hotel the next time we're in the area.

Even though we were stuck in the middle of typhoon the fantastic facilities meant it was still very relaxing.

We had a lovely relaxing stay the hotel was very good.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bedding was very comfortable and the room and all areas of the hotel were very clean and tidy.

Cons:

The pool bar only opened a couple of nights and only from 6pm, there were a couple of afternoons we sat by the pool which would have been nice to order a cocktail, drink or bar snacks to have by the pool.

Hotel da sogno a 100 metri dal mare
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza dello staff, la colazione e la camera immensa.
La posizione è molto buona ma non sul mare anche se abbastanza vicino (15 min. a piedi) ci sono delle spiagge attrezzate con reti anti medusa.

Cons:

Manca una palestra e raggiungere la struttura nel mese di ottobre non è semplicissimo. Il modo più economico è il limousine bus che dall'aeroporto ti lascia molto vicino, purtroppo il giorno della partenza per via degli orari siamo stati costretti a prendere in taxi.

Per gli standard occidentali la struttura e da 9 o addirittura 10.

全てが素晴らしい！
Pros:

全てが良かったです。ついた時の駐車場の案内から、チェックアウトまで、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。設備も良く、リラックスできる滞在でした。

Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels scheint mir in Ordnung gut zu sein. Zu beachten ist hierbei die benachbarte Baustelle, wobei der Lärm aufgrund der Windbedingungen auch bis in die obersten Stockwerke schallt. Aufgrund des Rabatts war etwas in der Art zu vermuten, ein Hinweis hierzu auf Booking.com scheint mir aber angemessen.

Die Servicekräfte sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Abendessen im integrierten Restaurant war wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Hinweis zur Baustelle fehlt.
Pool im Zimmer war bei Ankunft bereits verdreckt und wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.

Beautiful Room
Pros:

The view is unbelievable. The hot tub on the balcony was awesome. Beautiful big rooms.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the restaurant in the hotel service was not good. The bar was difficult to get drinks. When they say the lounge and you pay a fee for all you can drink it's just the restaurant with a couple snacks and a few bottles to make your own drink. Service was definitely not matching the level the hotel was. Onna is a small town so don't expect to walk around easily and transit is limited.
