Excellente surprise à Cuernavaca
Pros:

Jai aimé la Propreté, l'espace et la qualité du logement, le goût de la décoration et l'emplacement. Meilleur rapport qualité prix que jai eu au Mexique

Très bon compromis qualité prix. Personnel très gentil. Nous avons fait un late chek-in sur demande sans problème. Emplacement très central à Cuernavaca. Petite picine pour se détendre. Lits très confortables. Chambres au calme. Petit déjeuner inclus (seulement pour 2 personnes max par chambre) correct.

Ça serait sympa une petite table dans la chambre, à part ça tout était ok

En general las instalaciones bien, las habitaciones muy lindas, limpias y cómodas, el área de la alberca, le agregaría lugares cómodos para poder estar ahí ya que solo tienen bancas de hierro. el restaurante bien, atención mas o menos por parte de los meseros, el señor de recepción super atento

Cons:

Scarce and very limited breakfast, terrible coffee, dirty pool, no other amenities, no bottled water in the room (not even a small bottle), restaurant closed by noon, no room service, no bar service, no lunch service, no dinner service. Toilet privacy is VERY important, the room had none. This should be listed as a 2-star hotel. Rating should be reviewed, this doesn't deserve a Good rating, being pricey for an extremely limited-service hotel

Chouette point de chute.
Pros:

La piscine est cool. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit dejeuner est inclus. Nous avons aimé les plantes et les fleurs autour de la terrasse et de la piscine.

Excelente servicio. Personal muy amable. La propiedad está céntrica y luce excelente por dentro y fuera. Excellent service. Personnel are exceptional friendly. Excelente lugar
Pros:

El servicio, el señor Alejandro fuer super amable. Llegamos 1 hora antes y nos dieron oportunidad de guardar las maletas y hacer uso de la alberca.
La comida estaba rica.
El hotel estaba cerca del centro, solo utilizamos el carro para ir al museo,

Pros:

Our stay here was wonderful. Breakfast is great and location is perfect, we could walk to museums, shopping and restaurants. This is a quiet and comfortable hotel in a big, busy city.

Experiencia inmejorable!!
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. La habitación espaciosa, el aire acondicionado perfecto. Cero ruido.
El desayuno excelente. No pude disfrutar de la alberca por el tiempo pero se veía muy agradable. A 2 cuadras del centro. Sin duda regresaré
