Great location and spacious room with little balcony
Pros:

The location was exactly what I was after. I could take my skates in the morning and enjoy the promenade by the sea shore. The Agora with variety take away restaurants is behind the corner. Old town with harbor, restaurants and bars is very close.

The room was very spacious and well equipped, there was nothing I missed except adaptor to EU electricity sockets which I forgot at home. Luckily, there were multiple USB ports available (both USB-C and USB-A).

Cons:

It was quite noisy in the evenings during prolonged weekend. Some young people came to listen loud music at 3am, an idiot on motorcycle went round and round till midnight etc. The balcony door couldn't be closed and therefore I didn't sleep well. Then I've looked more carefully, removed 2 bent screws from the door and finally it was possible to close them completely. It was super quiet but one lost the fresh air experience and had to use AC which is present.

Прекрасный персонал , отзывчивый менеджер , парень с рецепшен , мне очень все нравится здесь
Pros:

Я очень люблю эти апартаменты , все рядом, красиво , чисто уютно , прекрасный персонал , я второй раз здесь .везде вкусные рестораны , пекарни , в номере есть вся посуда можно самим что -то приготовить , салатик точно .

Cons:

Шумно даже очень шумно , но это центр города здесь жизнь 😀ничего не сделаешь .

Great location for visiting Limassol
Pros:

Location was fantastic, next to many restaurants and about 15 min walk from the water front.

Cons:

It was so so so noisy! Wolt delivery people park just in front and they fix their bikes and make noise until early morning; then at 7am other noises start - construction or leaf blowing (not sure). Closing the balcony door doesn’t help. :(
