Die Ausstattung von Zimmer war sehr schön. Eine Mischung aus Tradition und Modernisierung.
Leider fehlte bei uns, in dieser Aufenthalts Zeit, ein Plissee (defekt/Reparatur) und daher konnten wir unser Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln. War jedoch nicht so kritisch.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundliches Personal, Lage fußläufig zum Gion Viertel und zum Einkaufsviertel. Die Zimmer waren von der Größe her ausreichend und es gab gratis Kaffee und Getränke 24h lang.
Frühstück eher klein und nicht abwechslungsreich, Zimmerreinigung fand nur 1 mal in 5 Tagen statt, Klimaanlage im Zimmer war leider sehr laut, aber mit Ohrstöpsel aushaltbar.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt wirklich gut. Viele Tempel und Schreine sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Subway ist gegenüber.
Das Frühstück stillt den ersten Hunger. Prinzipiell ist es relativ klein und wenig Abwechslung. Es ist für Europäer ungewohnt. Mich hat der Lichtschalter direkt beim Kopf sehr gestört, da er grün leuchtet wenn das Licht aus ist.

Loved staying here, was right next to a metro station so easy access to get about but also a walk away from much of the old district tourist spots.
Room was so clean and lovely, great size for all our luggage, comfy beds and nicely decorated.
Staff were helpful and there were good amenities.
Would stay here again if ever back.

It was a ten minute walk to Gion. There was a subway station next to and opposite the hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was in the basement which was fine for me. It was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. It was spotlessly clean, modern and the room was big. All amenities were provided in the room as well as help yourself to tea and coffee. It had the charm of Kyoto style. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Was provided with dressing gown and slippers too. The shower was hot and powerful. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Checking in was easy and smooth. Staff was very friendly. It was raining when we arrived and he showed us where to get some complementary tea and coffee. He was able to store our luggage since it was not yet check in time. Our room was cosy and inviting. Loved our stay.

Struttura piccola ma tenuta molto bene. Camera ampia (sopratutto per gli standard giapponesi) e confortevole, in stile moderno giapponese.

3 gün kaldım ve günlük oda temizliği yoktu ve ücretliydi . Odayı bodrum kat verdiler 1 camı vardı ve açamıyordum bile çok havasız kalmıştı zar zor dayandım
