Lovely place to stay- high standard of design and quality. Very comfortable bed and very welcoming
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and attention to detail. Host was so welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was lovely, all working perfectly. The bed was so comfortable and loved the sea views from the window. Delicious breakfast as well. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

A haven close to everything weymouth has to offer.
Pros:

Very attentive host, finer details of the bedroom, breakfast room and rest of the building immaculately well done.
Breakfast service was impeccable, super comfortable bed... A haven of niceties.

Booked a spontaneous visit , so glad we did ! Stunning hotel !
Pros:

How clean it is & the decor is gorgeous, I like the idea of all the rooms being named after books , Steve & team keep it lovely ,
I came down in the evening & all the candles everywhere looked stunning!

Alovely enjoyable relaxing stay
Pros:

The location was great for shops,buses the beach .
Chapter one was quarky,spotless and the beds were so very comfy .
The air con was such a bonus
All was of a very high standard.
The Owner was approachable informative and very freindly.

Cons:

For me as i have a disability i found the stairs very difficuct .
There was no hand rail on entrance to property whilst going up and down the steps
Maybe have a minii fridge in room.

Room was superb for the price. Was beautifully decorated. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom with decent shower and 10/10 cleanliness. Prime spot for the beach. Definitely recommend

Excellent location, right on the Sea Front.
Nicely decorated and very clean throughout.
Book for a room only so didn't sample breakfast.
Double bed was comfortable and drench shower was a nice touch.

Steve the owner made you feel so cared for and nothing was too much trouble. Every thing was perfect
Pros:

The Location was perfect, sea views and in walking distance of wonderful restaurants and pubs.
We were out both days for breakfast but it looked lovely and fresh .

Perfect weekend 🙂
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and made everything so easy to get to. The staff were all lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The continental breakfast was also excellent. I normally prefer a full fry-up, but this really exceeded expectations with plenty of choice and fresh food. I’m so glad we chose this hotel.

A special mention to Steve, who was brilliant — very accommodating and gave us great advice about the local area, which really helped make our weekend even better.

We had a very warm weekend weather-wise, and the hotel was the perfect place to stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and excellent service.

Lovely friendly staff, great location for seafront and restaurants

Cons:

Very clean room , breakfast is an Italian breakfast - pastries crusty baguette with ham cheese egg and fruit and yoghurts available - very tasty
