The location was great for shops,buses the beach .
Chapter one was quarky,spotless and the beds were so very comfy .
The air con was such a bonus
All was of a very high standard.
The Owner was approachable informative and very freindly.
For me as i have a disability i found the stairs very difficuct .
There was no hand rail on entrance to property whilst going up and down the steps

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and made everything so easy to get to. The staff were all lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The continental breakfast was also excellent. I normally prefer a full fry-up, but this really exceeded expectations with plenty of choice and fresh food. I’m so glad we chose this hotel.
A special mention to Steve, who was brilliant — very accommodating and gave us great advice about the local area, which really helped make our weekend even better.
We had a very warm weekend weather-wise, and the hotel was the perfect place to stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and excellent service.
The Location was perfect, sea views and in walking distance of wonderful restaurants and pubs.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we absolutely loved the thoughtful design details throughout the property. Every corner felt carefully curated with great taste and attention to detail. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always so helpful
The hotel is very close to the pubs, with a Wetherspoons just on the corner, so it was quite noisy, especially on Saturday night. Thankfully, the noise settled down around midnight, and we were still able to have a good night’s sleep.
Excellent location, close to the train station and the harbour. Friendly staff. Comfy king size bed, good night sleep.
Unfortunately because the hotel is right in the town centre it can be noisy outside at night, the hotel does provide ear plugs for light sleepers.
