Un concediu fara cusur care te face sa te gandesti deja la urmatorul 🏖️

Pozitionarea superba fata de malul marii , gradina cu flori, rasaritul de soare si marea vazute din pat, cei 4 pisoi zburliti si mama lor care s-au bucurat de fiecare mic dejun

Bu fiyata bu hizmeti bir daha tercih etmem.
Pros:

Otelin Lokasyonu ve Manzarası muhteşem. Bina çok iyi ve yeni. Gün doğumunu izlemek için muhteşem manzaraya sahip. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek çok rahat gidilebiliyor. Kahvatısı çok başarılıydı.

Cons:

Öncelikle otel personelinin genel olarak mutsuz olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bunun maaşlardan mı yoksa yönetimsel sorunlardan mı kaynaklandığını bilmiyorum ancak hizmetin birçok noktasına yansıdığı çok net.

Temizlik: Odaya girdiğimizde televizyon ve hoparlörlerin üzerinde yoğun toz, yatak çarşafında el büyüklüğünde koyu sarı bir leke vardı. Havlunun içinden de saç çıktı. Bunu doğrudan odayı temizleyen personele bağlamıyorum; yoğunlukta gözden kaçabilir. Ancak böyle bir odanın supervisor/müdür kontrolünden geçmeden misafire teslim edilmesi kabul edilebilir değil.

Restoran: Kahvaltı ekibinde ciddi bir motivasyon ve misafirperverlik eksikliği hissettik. Güleryüz, sıcak bir karşılama veya “Bir isteğiniz var mı?” gibi basit bir iletişim dahi yoktu. Her sabah yalnızca “Oda numaranız?” sorusuyla karşılandık. Oda numarası sorulması elbette normal; sorun bunun nasıl yapıldığı. 40 küsur odalı, bu fiyat seviyesinde ve butik/lüks konumlanan bir otelde misafire mümkünse ismiyle hitap edilmesini ve daha kişisel bir hizmet beklerdim.

Resepsiyon: Check-in sırasında neredeyse hiçbir iletişim kurulmadı. Yolculuğunuz nasıl geçti, çevrede şuraları önerebiliriz gibi basit bir karşılama dahi yapılmadı. Daha da şaşırtıcı olan, otele 3 dakika mesafedeki plajın güncel şezlong uygulamasını sorduk; “Geçen yıl ücret almıyorlardı, bu yılı bilmiyorum” cevabını aldık. Koy önerisi istediğimizde ise “İnternetten bakabilirsiniz” denildi. Bir butik otelin resepsiyonunun bulunduğu bölgeyi tanımaması ve misafire lokal öneri sunamaması ciddi bir eksiklik.

Özetle sorun tek tek çalışanlardan ziyade yönetim, eğitim, motivasyon ve hizmet standartlarında görünüyor. Bu kadar güzel bir otel ve ciddi bir yatırımın, aslında çok kolay düzeltilebilecek hizmet detayları nedeniyle değer kaybetmesi gerçekten üzücü. Bu fiyat seviyesinde misafir yalnızca güzel bir oda değil, fark yaratan bir hizmet ve misafirperverlik de satın alıyor.

Tesisin odaları çok güzeldi, kahvaltı çok iyiydi

Cons:

Herhangi bir şey olmadı, fiyat/fayda oranı , bir de bir gün havuz kapandı faydalanamadık ama başka şekilde otel telafi etti teşekkür ederiz

Шикарный вид из каждого номера, прекрасный вкуснейший ресторан ( по доступной цене ), красивые просторные номера. В целом очень рекомендую !!прекрасный отель

Cons:

Довольно простой завтрак, и нужно учитывать что отель на горе поодаль от центральной улицы , минут 7-8 пешком с довольно крутой горки .

El hotel está genial, habitación grande y cómoda con vistas preciosas y balconcito, piscina muy bonita de sal, desayuno bastante completo, a 5-10 minutos andando del pueblo y playas.

Cons:

La única pega es que por la noche se oye la música de los bares cercanos, aún así volvería muchas veces

- Le personnel est très à l'écoute
- L'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, on peut quasiment tout faire à pied
- la vue depuis la chambre sur la mer
- Petit déjeuné excellent
- Propreté des chambres

- l'insonorisation des chambres : c'est dommage car on peut quasiment entendre les personnes de la chambre d'à côté
