Clean, Comfortable, and Walkable
Pros:

The Motel is very well located - walkable to everything in Bar Harbor. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly at check-in and they have a number of free snacks and water available.

Cons:

Really nothing! The property is basic, but clean and comfortable for a quality stay.

The place was comfortable and centrally located.
Pros:

Super clean and cozy. The location is amazing. We walked everywhere. The staff is very nice. And it didn’t break the bank.

I feel ripped off and regretful that I wasn’t able to find a better place.

Loved Bar Harbor. It was a quaint little seaside town. We will definitely visit again.
Pros:

It was a quaint little motel. Convenient to the restaurant and shops on Main Street. Loved the complimentary water, cold drinks and coffee as well as the snacks and fruit provided to the guests in the main office.

Cons:

The king-size mattress in the room #103 was too soft, but we managed.

Very nice place and we would go back.
Pros:

Right in town, walk to anything. The motel lobby is fully stocked with coffee, snacks, and even umbrellas to borrow.

Cons:

We were there in July with 4 people and our room could get a little humid.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Main Street Motel. Our room was very nice and clean. They provided coffee, water, breakfast items (yogurt, oatmeal etc) and great snacks for free. Super friendly staff and the perfect location to downtown. Would highly recommend.

Basic but Cozy, Ideal for Short Stay
Pros:

This location is convenient for walkable access to the Main Street and Square of Bar Harbor. The room was basic and clean - comfortable beds, refrigerator, tv, etc. The bathroom was small and a little outdated but not really a problem for two people and one night stay. I stayed in a room on the base floor, and at around 12am as I was getting ready to sleep, the visitors directly above us could be heard stomping around for almost an hour. You can also hear the pipes when the water is run, and it is quite loud. My check in and check out were quick and easy. I would recommend staying here if you want quick easy access to the town, are in town for a short stay, and not in need of luxury.

Good choice for walking in town and close driving to Acadia
Pros:

Clean with adequate size bedroom and small but adequate bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent on-site parking. Excellent location in walking distance to good restaurants and commercial district and close driving distance to Acadia National Park.
