Te inconsistente service om het echt een geweldige ervaring te laten zijn
Pros:

A la carte ontbijt is fantastisch! Afternoon tea ook een geweldige ervaring! Locatie is uitstekend en dichtbij het centrum van Riga. Kamers zijn ruim en design is mooi. Gratis water op de kamer en zelfs een muziekinstallatie met Bluetooth

Cons:

Er is vaak niemand bij de receptie. Dat geeft een onveilig gevoel. Ik denk dat er gewoon te weinig personeel is. De service in het hotel is niet consistent. De ene dag wel turn down service en de volgende dag weer niet. De föhn en haarstijltang zijn slechte kwaliteit. Ik heb mij er aan verbrand. Wat ook jammer is, is dat er geen gewoon restaurant is en geen bar. Alleen een Michelin ster restaurant van donderdag tot zaterdag. Maar na een lange dag wil je gewoon een snelle hap eten en een drankje. Daarvoor moet je bij dit hotel dus ergens buiten de deur je heil gaan zoeken. Echter, er is ook geen kroeg op loopafstand. Geen ramp allemaal, maar de inconsistentie van de service en het ontbreken van een plekje voor een simpel hapje en drankje, zorgt er voor dat het verblijf net niet geweldig is en dat is jammer. Het potentieel is er.

Interior is amazing, very good location.

Cons:

For such high rate per night we have expected a greater efforts in hospitality. We have chosen this 5-start hotel for our wedding night, have booked a standard room half a year in advance- and all we have received a greeting card and 2 small macaroons. No room update proposal (although hotel was almost empty these days), no sparkling wine- nothing. Therefore, we had a bitter aftertaste.

Brokastis bija lieliskas – izmeklēta un daudzveidīga izvēle. Brokastu zālē valdīja patīkama, mierīga atmosfēra. Ļoti atsaucīgs un laipns personāls. Lielisks dienas sākums – noteikti viens no viesnīcas lielākajiem plusiem!
