Check-In Information
• Reception Hours: Our Reception Office is located on the 2nd floor and is open for check-in
and guest services from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the
communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards.
Identification & Payment
• Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
Please note that any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional
charges.
Environmental Commitment
• In alignment with our dedication to sustainability and compliance with Luxembourg's ecofriendly
regulations for serviced residences, our apartments are not equipped with air
conditioning. To ensure your comfort, fans are provided in each apartment, and our
accommodations are meticulously designed to create a serene and comfortable atmosphere
throughout your stay.
Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central Kirchberg. Noncompliance with this
policy will result in a €250fine. A designated smoking area is available in the communal
garden on the 4th floor or at the entrance of our building.
Quiet Hours
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.

Everything except there are not many signs to get to the reception and it feels like a laberinto.
If you need anything extra, like a pillow makes sure to get there before the reception closes.
They need to put more signs to show you where things are

Var ikke aircon og utrolig varmt på rommet- sov nesten ikke den natten pga varme. Skulle vært vifte på begge soveplasser- fikk vifte til barna men ikke til oss voksne. Var 29 grader på rommet og vanskelig å få sove- ellers fint rom og hotell.
We had a great stay at The Central Smart Aparthotel in Kirchberg. It’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for more flexibility and space than a standard hotel room offers.
We stayed in a room equipped with a kitchenette and a cozy seating area, which gave it a lovely apartment-like feel. A major plus was the layout: it features a highly practical separate toilet and shower room.
We loved that the room had proper flooring instead of carpet (much cleaner!). The TV supports screen mirroring, windows can be opened for fresh air, and a fan was provided in the room.
This place has a well-equipped gym. There is also a laundry room and a game room in the basement.
Location and Parking: While you can order breakfast to your room, we opted to buy our own food. Just a short distance away is a shopping mall featuring Auchan Kirchberg—one of the largest grocery stores we have ever set foot in! It was perfect for stocking up the fridge.
If you are arriving by car, parking comes at an extra cost, but a huge benefit is that EV charging is fully included in the parking fee.
The kitchen is decently equipped but does not have a dishwasher (good to know if you plan on cooking a lot). There is also a lack of extractor fans in both the bathroom and the kitchenette area.
The temperature in the hallways was practically sauna-like, so we were very glad to have a fan in our room and windows that could be opened!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I have stayed in many hotels around Europe, but I have never been treated this badly.
I was charged an extra €300, which I found completely unreasonable and unfair. Instead of trying to help or explain the situation properly, the staff were unfriendly and only cared about taking more money.
I left this hotel feeling disappointed, frustrated, and taken advantage of. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are many better hotels in Luxembourg that actually respect their guests.
