Fijne plek!
Pros:

Mooie kamer, ruime badkamer, schoon en centraal gelegen. Fijn om een (betaalde) parkeerplaats te kunnen reserveren! Ik zou hier zo weer verblijven.

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer sauber. Alles in allem empfehlenswert 👍

Pros:

Für den Preis in Ordnung, wenn man ein besseres Zimmer erhält.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider das Zimmer zur Straße hin, dadurch war es sehr laut. Gleichzeitig war es aber so warm dass man mit Fenster auf schlafen musste. Viel zu wenig Parkplätze, sodass man ins sehr enge Parkhaus musste.

la proximité du centre ville et la possibilité de parking

Cons:

l'absence d'accueil (nous aurions dû recevoir un code pin pour l'accès, mais non reçu! )
le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on pourrait attendre en Allemagne
l'absence de chaîne TV française parmi la centaine proposée

Tolles Hotel für ein verlängertes Wochende.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Vom Bahnhof mit dem Bus in knapp 15 min erreichbar. Die Fussgängerzone ist nur zwei Querstrassen weiter unten. Auch bei der Bahn zum Schloss ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber fein. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eier, in gewünschter Form, werden an den Tisch serviert.
Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Das Badezimmer, mit Dusche, WC ist modern und wie das Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet. Super Duschbrause!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ich würde das Acor wieder buchen.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen, ist übertrieben... Die Frottiertücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Bei nur 4 Nächten wurde sogar das Bettzeug einmal gewechselt. Das fanden wir eher unnötig.

Gemütliches Zimmer nahe der Fußgängerzone
Pros:

War sehr sauber, super Lage. Fancy Zimmer. Bett war bequem. Frühstück war alles gut aber nichts wow (außer das Obst).

Cons:

Quasi keine Auswahl für Veganer beim Frühstück. Keine Gebäckaufbewahrung nach 16 Uhr, da ab dann kein Personal im Haus ist. Zwar Tee aber kein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Zwar Red Bull aber kein Red Bull zero im Automaten. Fenster und Tür okay isoliert. Keine ganze Matratze, sondern Graben in der Mitte.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut, die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Neben dem Wasserkocher hätten auch entsprechende Kaffeeportionen gut gepasst. Es waren leider keine vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Einchecken. Die Reception war - entgegen der Ankündigung- nicht besetzt und die Eingangstür verschlossen. Nachdem ich mit anderen Gästen etwas ratlos vor dem Eingang stand, habe ich meine Mails nochmals per Smartphone gecheckt und festgestellt, dass mir erst kurz vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt worden war, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt sei und ich mich bei Ankunft telefonisch unter einer mitgeteilten Nummer melden müsste. Diese Art der Kommunikation ist absolut inakzeptabel, da man nicht damit rechnen muss, so kurzfristig per Mail über Änderungen informiert zu werden. Die anderen Gäste hatten teilweise auch gar kein Handy dabei. Wegen der Wartezeit wurde es auch zeitlich eng mit meinem Termin.

Cons:

Decía recepción hasta las 00:00 horas. Sin embargo, llegamos a las 19:00 y no había nadie. Si mi hermana no hablara alemán para hacer una llamada a la AI y nos dieran un código para abrir un casillero que tenía la llave, habría dormido en la calle. No nos mandaron por mensaje ni el pin ni el número de la habitación

Durch die Bank ein gutes Hotel...zumindest für ein Wochenende !
Pros:

Gute Lage und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in/um Heidelberg. Zimmer recht ruhig und soweit auch sauber/gereinigt.
Frühstück geht in Ordnung, war alles ausreichend da...zumindest gleich am Morgen.

Cons:

Zusatzgebühren für einen Hotelparkplatz ! Das finde ich mittlerweile als Hotelgast recht "deplaziert" bzw es sollte zum Preis/Service dazu gehören !
Wird jedoch leider auch in vielen anderen Hotels in Städten verlangt...ein etwas trauriger Trend, zumal die Parkgelände eh meist zum Hotelareal gehören.
