Pros:

Удобное расположение. Красивый интерьер. Очень ухоженный и уютный внутренний дворик. Качественные завтраки.
Весьма удобно для россиян, что можно забронировать отель без предоплаты и оплатить проживание на месте.

Cons:

Предполагаю, что это досадная случайность, но номер к заселению был не приготовлен полностью(хотя гостей в отеле очень мало).
В раковине был рассыпан порошок, в холодильнике не убраны размокшие продукты, оставленные предыдущими гостями, кондиционер не работал. Поскольку все это обнаруживалось постепенно, то весь вечер прошел в приеме персонала доделывающего не сделанное. Благо реагировали очень быстро.
Отель выбрали в том числе из-за бассейна. Его посещение оказалось платным за отдельную стоимость в час. Совсем не маленькую. Привыкли, что бассейны в отелях обычно входят в стоимость проживания.
В остальном , все отлично!

Elegant, and extremely comfortable hotel with excellent staff in a peaceful location.
Pros:

A very clean, spacious, and elegant hotel in a quiet area near the green University Boulevard. The rooms are huge, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing perfect rest after long days of sightseeing. The staff truly represented the amazing Uzbek hospitality: highly professional, welcoming, and helpful. While it is not right next to the Registan, all main attractions are easily reachable by a quick taxi ride or a nice walk. The breakfast was also rich and tasty.

The best things about this hotel were the exceptional cleanliness and the excellent breakfast. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food, making it a perfect start to the day before exploring Samarkand. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel had a comfortable and relaxing atmosph

Pros:

Very friendly staff, rooms are spacious and filled with all the amenities including dressing gowns, disposable slippers, plenty of towels, the safe, and toiletaries. it was located in a close proximity to many attractions and their main park. plenty of top notch restaurants around and easy to access to various parts of the city.

Excellent location, support from staff, quality of rooms, and overall value for money
Pros:

Excellent location and close to the city and the amenities. Well built and presentable building from outside and inside. I've stayed at luxury suite and it had all the comfort and amenities you'd expect from a european or western type hotels. staff are very courteous and go beyond their duty to help you with your needs.

Cons:

room 213 didn't have lift access but the members of staff are handy to help you with your luggage if required

Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля. Сотрудники очень приветливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Нам даже помогли с багажом, что оставило очень приятное впечатление. Завтраки были разнообразными и вкусными, каждый мог найти что-то на свой вкус. Также приятно удивило, что по просьбе нам предоставили парогенератор для глажки одежды. В целом сервис и отношение персонала были на высоком уровне.

Cons:

Номер был немного тесноват. Матрас показался жёстким, а подушки высокими и не очень удобными для сна. В ванной комнате временами ощущался небольшой запах канализации. Кроме того, было бы хорошо, если бы посещение бассейна и сауны было включено в стоимость проживания, так как сейчас эти услуги предоставляются за дополнительную плату.
