Кімната, де за вікнами працювали кондиціонери, як жарові шафи. Всі три вікна виходили на площадку із витяжками. Гули постійно, жара від них. Воду у номер не поставили, не прибрали на другий день, адміністратора знайти ще той квест

Had I not paid for the Super Deluxe Room, I may have not paid close attention to these details, but the unprofessionalis

Cons:

- There’s barely anyone to ask for help.
- There is no deluxe room let alone a smoking room FOR WHICH I PAID EXTRA. It doesn’t exist.
- The photos on booking are sooo edited. Don’t trust the pictures they upload.
- Bathroom light doesn’t work.
- You have to go like almost inside the restaurant to access the building.
- Public bathrooms are in the “lobby”
- When I submitted my complaint to Booking, I received unprofessional messages from the place that made the last night quite uncomfortable.

Lobide genelde kimse yoktu balkonlu odanın diğer odalarda tek farkı ve pahalı olmasının sebebi odada balkon olması. Odaya girdiğimiz ilk gün balkon kapısı kırıktı ve hemen bildirdik. Ama bugün yarın diyerek kapı tamir edilmedi ve biz balkonu kullanamadık ve o da için fazla para ödemiştik. Klimanın ve tv kumandasının pilleri yoktu istememize rağmen getirmediler ve biz gidip kendimiz satın aldık. Yatak altları hep tozluydu. Otelden çıkarken lobideki çalışan günaydın bile demeden anahtarı teslim aldı ve işine devam etti memnun kaldınız mı diye bile sormadı

Location, location, location
Pros:

I loved staying at Million Old City - it is located in a marvelous spot, easy to get, close to incredible historic sightings, loads of restaurants and stores around - everything you need within your reach. Good WiFi, pleasant stuff, clean and quiet. I surely did not have a view from my room window but I prefer to get my views walking the city plus one can have a breathtaking view over the Blue Mosque from the rooftop terrace!! Highly recommend, I will definitely book again on my return to Istanbul 😊
