Good location - bad everithing else.

The location was good. A bit scketchy at night tho.

Cons:

Where to start - the walls are dirty, the shower was broken and you will spill water in all the bathroom. The sink was leaking, bathroom exhaust fan had like 2 cm of dust on it. The window was malfunctioning.
Hot water was a hit or miss thing.
