Helpful and kind staff, clean room, great view, great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

No screen on shower/bath so the toilet and floor got wet. Not a big deal because the material of the floor tiles dried quite easily.

Pros:

- View is amazing from family room
- Very close to restaurant and shops

Cons:

- Breakfast is very basic but it’s 4* star hotel so I wouldn’t expect more than that.
- People in sapa are not friendly

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique.
Le personnel est très professionnel et très aidant.
Petit bémol sur la baignoire, il n’y avait pas de rideau de douche donc nous devions prendre notre douche assise dans la baignoire pour ne pas inonder le sol d’eau.

We had a wonderful experience staying at DeLaSol Sapa Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, the location was convenient, and our family really enjoyed our time in Sapa.

A very special thank you to Ms. Moa, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. Her hospitality and genuine care made our stay much more comfortable and memorable.

Traveling as a family can sometimes require extra assistance and coordination, and Ms. Moa really went above and beyond to help us.

Thank you, Ms. Moa, and the entire DeLaSol Sapa team for the wonderful hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when we return to Sapa.

Pros:

Der Ausblick! Auf eigenem Balkon sitzen, mit Blick auf den Fansipan...einfach unvergesslich. Auch wenn er in Wolken gehüllt ist, trotzdem toll. Da uns der Ort gar nicht gefallen hat (in zu kurzer Zeit zu viel Häuser hochgezogen, ohne Struktur), war dieser Rückzugsort umso wichtiger :)

Cons:

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen, NICHTS hat nicht gefallen.
