It was great.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, stuffs were polite and nice.
It was quiet at night,so I could sleep well.
It located in the area that has a lot of restaurants.
Airport bus is right off the hotel, so it is easy access to airport.

とても良いホテルでした。
Pros:

部屋はとても綺麗でベットも丁度いい硬さ
熟睡できた。
スイートルーム専用ラウンジもあり、プレミアム感を味わえた。

Cons:

朝食のセットメニューは美味しかったが選択肢が少なく
長期間の滞在では飽きてしまうのでメニューのバリエーションを増やして欲しかった。

직원태도와 객실화장실 관리 상태

체크인 이후시간 3시 10분쯤 도착하여 체크인 요청했으나 방이 정비가 끝나지 않았다고 기다리라함. 미안한 기색도 ,부탁의 말도 아닌 당연함이었음. 두객실을 예약했는데 한객실 정비가 끝나지 않았다고 함. 각각 다른층을 입실하면 바로 입실 가능하다고함. 객실 카드키로 앨리베이터 사용 하는데 층이 다른 객실간은 이동 못 한다함. 같은층 사용하고 싶으면 20-30분 기다리라고함. 그게 고객이 잘못한 건가? 사과 한마디 없이 기다리라고만 하고 너무 당연시하는 직원 태도가 황당함. 객실 상태도 화장실서 찌린내나고, 화장실 막히고 난리 부르스 .추울때 방온도 최고 26도 이상은 객실에서 조절 안됨. 일일이 카운터 전화해서 요청해야됨. 뭐가 좋다는건지 기본평점에 의문이 듦.

Pros:

Struttura strategica posizionata sulla linea AREX diretta per gli aeroporti. Con nostra siepe abbiamo avuto un upgrade della camera ed è stato bellissimo. La camera era gigantesca, confortevole e molto accogliente. Il WC era separato dal resto del bagno (doccia con vasca, lavandino e zona trucchi). Consigliatissimo!
