Lovely staff and really nice room
Pros:

Goreme is full of lovely hotels and it’s really hard to pick. Luvi cave hotel stood out for the helpfulness of the staff . Nothings was too much trouble to book and arrange . The room was lovely with a good size , nice bedding and bathroom
Breakfast was filling and it was a short walk to the Main Street of Goreme. Really happy staying here. The roof top has good views over the town uninterrupted 270 degrees , which was pretty much the bits you would photograph anyway.

На мен за първи път ми се случва някъде да ми откажат стая и то защото не съм харесала нито храната, нито музиката на турската им вечер. Но в Анадола ми се случи😒Резервирах стая за моя приятелка, но в категорията имаше две коренно различни предложения. Ние искахме тази стая ,която е на лицето на категорията, но като е пристигнала на място сама тя, въпреки ,че бяхме поръчали трансфер срещу заплащане, но не само, че не са се отзовали, ами и не са и отговаряли на съобщенията. Когато се е добрала до хотела са и казали ,че тази стая ,която сме резервирали е заета. Не само ,че са искали да я настанят в другата тъмна и мрачна стая, която също водят в тази категории ,но са и загубили 3 часа от времето и почивката да и обясняват ,че трябва да вземе другата стая ,която не и е харесала и е имала лоша миризма. Накрая са и предложили стая от по-ниска цена с 50 евро, която тя е взела, защото е било твърде късно за самолетен билет. Предложили са и тези 50 евро разлика с цената, да и компенсират с бутилка вино като най-големите тарикати на света. Тя ги е помолила да и препоръчат хубав и типичен местен ресторант с програма, в който да почувства атмосферата на Кападокия. Казали са и ,че мога да и направят резервация и че трябва да си плати таксито, което е 25евро. Когато пристигала на място в ресторанта е крайно разочарована от супер ниското качество на храната, която буквално не е ставала за ядене според нея, както и от тъпата програма, в която няколко човека с неизгладени носии са вървели под звуците на тъпан. Решила е да си тръгне, за да не си губи времето , а да отиде в друг ресторант ,където да вечеря. За това ,че не е харесала препоръчаната от тях турска вечер ,на другия ден пак са и губили времето ,като са и отказали втора нощувка, заради това ,че е имала смелостта да си каже ,че не и е допаднала организираната от тях вечеря. И тези 25 евро за такси, с които са я набутали допълнително си остават нейна загуба, както и времето и нервите Изключителен

Uma experiência maravilhosa!
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários MUITO gentis, quartos muito confortáveis, terraço lindo para vista dos balões.
Equipe nos ajudou com transfers, dicas maravilhosas de restaurantes e foi extremamente solicitos.
Como saímos cedo, antes do café da manhã, eles nos prepararam um lanche para levarmos a caminho do aeroporto!
Voltaria mil vezes!

Pros:

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean and all the staff were wonderful. The room was great with outstanding views of the balloons.

Cons:

As stated above the hotel was great. If anything the addition of a bar would be excellent

Очень стильный ремонт. Очень красивый и современный

Cons:

Фен не работал, не работала система закрывания слива- муж изобрел что-то, чтобы я смогла принять ванну в мой день рождения. Завтрак очень скудный. Выселение в 11 вообще застало меня в расплох. В след отеле выселение было хотя бы в 11:30. После этого отеля заехали в другой по почти такой зе стоимости- впечатление от Luvi стало еще хуже

Loved the location and style of the room.
Pros:

The location was great, the rooftop views were amazing, and the room had the charm of the caves but was modernized and comfortable. They also helped book airport transfers, and daily breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The nature of being in a cave is that it's damp and sand falls from the ceiling regularly. I guess it adds to the experience! The humidity left everything quite muggy, but there was a dehumidifier that I ran constantly and that helped. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop bar was not in use. It looked like it might be getting renovated.

Nós amamos nossa estadia! Quarto super confortável e limpo, equipe atenciosa, área comum espaçosa e bom café da manhã. O hotel é muito bem localizado, e a vista dos balões é perfeita e sem tumulto.

Kleines Cave Hotel mit toller Terrasse und perfekter Lage
Pros:

Eine wunderbare Lage, leicht erhöht, im alten Ortsteil von Göreme, die Zimmer sind alle einzigartig und im Cave Stil. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Am Frühstücksbuffet dürfte es mehr Früchte geben…..z.Bsp. Melonen, Erdbeeren, Nektarinen und der Kaffee war sehr dünn. Die Spiegeleier waren dafür superlecker :-)
Eine Bar auf der Terrasse wäre wundervoll….
