Great experience, friendly staff

I'd like to start with the staff because they are the first people you meet once you get there. Boris and Murat were so nice and helpful, from booking the balloon ride with their help, to helping with little surprises for my birthday. The room was clean, we had everything we needed there, the view from the terrace outside the room was insane, especially if you wake up in the morning to see the balloons. There is also a rooftop, where we enjoyed spending quiet and nice time in the evening, at the same time, enjoying the view over Goreme. Overall, we had a blast and we would definitely come back.

Very good location with perfect access to everything.
Staff were most willing and helpful with the rental car, especially since parking is tricky. (They would get cars moved very swiftly to enable us to get our car out promptly.)
Lovely breakfast spread and a very friendly and helpful staff member overseeing breakfast - a lady whose name I unfortunately didn't get.
Check-in was efficient and friendly.
Large rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds.
Having a rooftop which was perfect for viewing the early morning balloons flying across the sky.
Water in the fridge which we were also able to top up from a water dispenser at reception.
A small, intimate hotel which matched our preference as we don't particularly like large, resort-style hotels.

L’ensemble de l’établissement et les chambres sont super propres ce qui est très appréciable. Quasiment l’ensemble du personnel était génial et très poli.
Dès notre arrivé, le gérant de l’hôtel nous a fait expliqué ce qui avait à faire et fait des recommandations de restaurants et cafés.
Ayant des chambres inoccupées, le gérant de l’hôtel nous a proposé des chambres plus spacieuses sans payer de supplément, ce qui est super généreux. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, je recommande à 100%

We love our room, it's big, complete with balcony, bathtub, AC and the best of all, the large rooftop terrace of the hotel is just in front of us. The pics of the room is true to what is shown in booking.com.
The staffs are all friendly, very accomodating and most of all, i think they endorse properly since all the staff on duty knows what you asked of them before. No elevators, but the staffs will help you carry your luggages. They also make sandwiches for you if you have an earlier flight back and you will miss your bf. That is an extra mile there.
The tours and hot air balloon companies they recommended also delivers, the hotel will make reservations for all, you"ll just need to come then enjoy without the fuss of booking one by one.

The room was clean. The receptionist was nice and courteous. I booked the mixed red+green tour from the front desk and the company they work with has the best tour guide i've had. They were also very helpful with any questions that I have. The rooftop was a great spot for watching the hot air balloon in the morning. The balloon ride itself, if booked through the front desk, will be butterfly which I believe is another reputable company. All in all you can just book the hotel and have the front desk arranges everything for you in the city (tours, taxi, transfer service from/to the airport). Highly recommend!

I wanted to thank all the staff personally by name for making our stay such a wonderful experience. I visited with my daughter and from the moment we arrived we were blown away by the hotel and more importantly, the staff who work there. I would like to thank Boris who really went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, also Sohret and Murat and lastly the night porter who i think was called Ahmed. The hotel itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The rooftop was the star of the show, watching the balloons on a morning, They came so close I had a conversation with a balloon captain! Nothing is too much trouble and you are greeted with a smile every time you see a member of the team. The hotel is right in the centre of everything you need and walking distance to most of the sights. We fell in love with Cappadocia and we will definitely return to the best hotel - Luvi Cave Hotel

Goreme is full of lovely hotels and it’s really hard to pick. Luvi cave hotel stood out for the helpfulness of the staff . Nothings was too much trouble to book and arrange . The room was lovely with a good size , nice bedding and bathroom
Breakfast was filling and it was a short walk to the Main Street of Goreme. Really happy staying here. The roof top has good views over the town uninterrupted 270 degrees , which was pretty much the bits you would photograph anyway.
