Pros:

Super clean room, attentive staff, amazing service. Super comfortable bed and nice cleaning staff.

Cons:

Netflix and Hulu were in japanese, so we couldnt actually watch. Not enough umbrellas for rainy days.

Cons:

6人部屋がなくて2人部屋を三室取りました。
6人集まれるスペースが無かったのが残念でした。

Incredible value for money in a very well ran hotel
Pros:

This hotel was amazing value and such a nice stay. The welcome was brilliant, the room incredibly clean and well equipped. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were fare worse in experience. This is a perfect hotel for a short stay in Hiroshima - with the excellent spa area a nice addition.
