Nice stay close to the train station
Pros:

Location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Towels and linen are changed every day. Having a safe in the room was a plus.

Cons:

The carpet had not been vacuumed on my arrival. But the following day, the room was cleaned appropriately.

Отлично местоположение, всички забележителности в центъра са на 10-15 мин ходене. На 2мин от хотела е спирката на автобуса за летището, на 1мин. пеша спирка на метрото. Чисто в стаите,удобни легла, много хубав хотел. Притесняваше ме, това ,че е близо до гарата, но нямаше никакъв проблем, не видях бездомни и просещи хора. В близост, на 5мин пеша около хотела има много заведения, супермаркети,кафета. Препоръчвам!

La struttura molto bella, pulita, posizione top, il personale molto disponibile e gentile. In pochi minuti sei in centro.

Convenient and good quality stay overall
Pros:

Great staff at the reception, a few steps away from Via Roma, very convenient for Turin Porta Nuova (not Porta Susa) station. Quiet room on the inner courtyard. Stayed for 3 nights.

Pros:

Everything was great, the staff very friendly and they speak English. The bedroom was comfortable and it has some tea and coffee with a kettle. Wifi worked well too.

Cons:

The complementary coffee machine wasn't the best, but I appreciate they have something hot to enjoy in the morning.
