Excelente lugar
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso, muy cómodo
La piscina estaba termoregulada y eso es excelente
El personal super amables , nos permitieron realizar la salida y luego de que nos fuimos para el parque regresar a usar las instalaciones asi que pudimos llegar a bañarnos en la piscina, almorzar y cambiarnos

La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, limpia y perfectamente preparada para una estancia agradable y tranquila. Todo el ambiente del alojamiento transmite calidad y buena atención al detalle.

Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal, que siempre fue muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Su trato hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía más especial.

Además, la comida superó nuestras expectativas: deliciosa, bien presentada y con una gran calidad. Cada detalle estuvo cuidado y eso realmente marca la diferencia.

Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable para descansar y disfrutar de una atención de primera. Esperamos volver pronto.

El baño era caluroso, y la habitación muy grande para el aire acondicionado que aparentemente había que hacerle mantenimiento porque hacia ruidos extraños y no enfriaba lo suficiente. Pero por todo lo demás excelente.

Pros:

I chose this hotel based on the great reviews from other guests, and it definitely lived up to the expectations. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue in Manuel Antonio and also near restaurants with beautiful sunset views. The hotel has comfortable accommodations and a nice pool, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a chair or a sofa inside the room, there was enough space for it, and we definitely missed having one.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit netten Restaurants und kleinen Shops in der Nähe - fußläufig zu erreichen

Das Hotel ist schön angelegt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer hat es aus den Abflüssen etwas unangenehm gerochen und für unsere Ankunft sehr kurz nach der eigentlich Rezeptionsschließung mussten wir eine Pauschale von 20 Dollar zahlen. Natürlich haben wir Verständnis, dass dann Personal länger bleiben und bezahlt werden muss, aber es waren wirklich nur einige Minuten. Das hätten wir uns anders gewünscht.

The music was too loud. It was uncomfortable if you wanted to be by the pool area and relax or read a book. The music volume was disturbing

Centrally located and close to the main street. Close to Manuel Antonio park. Water temperature, pressure are good.

Cons:

Pillows could be better and mattresses are on the soft side. It’s a bit on the tight side, and details that are normally not visible to guests can be seen (e.g. mess below the checkin counter, fully open kitchen).
