Please be informed that a mandatory Annual Power Shutdown will be carried out at Oakwood Premier Raffles Place Singapore by CapitaSpring on 17 May 2026 (Sunday), from 0700hrs to 1500hrs.

During this period, lighting, air-conditioning, apartment appliances, internet/Wi-Fi, and hot water supply will be temporarily unavailable or intermittent. Only 2 passenger lifts will be accessible.

Breakfast @ The Oak Room will be served as takeaway sets only for guests with breakfast included in their reservation.

To keep the apartment cool, guests are encouraged to set the air-conditioning to 16ºC before 0700hrs on 17 May 2026. Guests are also advised to minimise opening refrigerator doors during this period to preserve food freshness.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and your kind understanding is much appreciated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfect location, cleanness, effective staff and super polite, appropriate facilities, easy to use and accommodated to the guests .

Cons:

Nothink special. Maybe size of the room, but I presume mu room was actually above Singapore standards.

Great hotel with great staff, amenities and location!
Pros:

Great staff, who were very attentive, friendly and helpful with requests. Also great being able to sit on level 9 until our late flight in the evening, with facilities for us to fresh up - this was really appreciated and valued!

I would have liked a top sheet on the bed and a slightly bigger room

This was an excellent location comfortable and would stay again. No problems at all and very very clean
Pros:

Location Small kitchen and laundry downstairs. Ideal for family too

For us in our room bed was a little hard but this isnt a complaint not everyone likes a soft bed
