Pros:

Great staff and overall a good hotel, free breakfast and rooftop bar is a bonus. Mam at reception was super helpful too. There were some minor issues like shower head was a little defective but thats minor.

Pros:

A beautifully appointed hotel, rooms were spacious, rooftop bar was comfortable with great views and amazing food. Staff were very helpful in helping us get out lost bags from airline. Driver who took us to Darjeeling was exceptional in difficult driving conditions. Central location.

Staff was very responsive. We arrived on the spot & booked 2 rooms, they were ready for single occupancy. Room was very clean.

Pros:

Good effort by all the staff, all were courteous and professional.
A little oasis in a chaotic city. We used establishment for one night before travelling up to Darjeeling to visit family for two weeks and then another night upon on returning before an early morning flight to Delhi for connecting flight to UK.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Sooooo beautiful
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable, great bed, super shower, great lights/lamp composition ....I felt extremely well.

I'm not a breakfast person - just had coffee - but what I saw was a nice buffet.
