Pros:

Great facilities, friendly staff and amazing roof top bar.

Cons:

Charged for water I had ordered to the room, and there was some black substance in the shower head.

Pros:

Great staff and overall a good hotel, free breakfast and rooftop bar is a bonus. Mam at reception was super helpful too. There were some minor issues like shower head was a little defective but thats minor.

Pros:

A beautifully appointed hotel, rooms were spacious, rooftop bar was comfortable with great views and amazing food. Staff were very helpful in helping us get out lost bags from airline. Driver who took us to Darjeeling was exceptional in difficult driving conditions. Central location.
