Мы жили в номере, названном в честь Верховного судьи Бразилии, и это стало еще одной интересной деталью нашего пребывания. Внутри отеля есть прекрасная терраса и уютный сад, где по утрам поют птицы. Завтрак можно провести за столиком в саду или в красивом аутентичном ресторане, и оба варианта одинаково приятны.
Персонал заслуживает самой высокой оценки. Все сотрудники были очень внимательны, заботливы и прекрасно знали меню, помогая с выбором блюд и напитков. Несмотря на то что я больше люблю чай, чем кофе, именно здесь открыла для себя несколько великолепных сортов чая и даже приобрела один домой, чтобы сохранить воспоминания об этом месте. Кухня в отеле тоже оставила прекрасное впечатление. Цены лишь немного выше, чем в обычных кафе Лиссабона, но это полностью оправдано качеством продуктов, красивой подачей и высоким уровнем сервиса. В номере было продумано все до мелочей, кровать и подушки оказались очень удобными, а возвращаться сюда после прогулок по городу было настоящим удовольствием. Расположение также очень удачное. Прямо напротив отеля проходит знаменитый трамвай № 28, до станции метро можно дойти всего за несколько минут, а такси до основных достопримечательностей стоит совсем недорого.

Wonderful experience staying here after a long flight from the US. Serene surroundings, a lovely garden, the best bed I’ve ever slept in, superior restaurant, attentive staff. We felt very well cared for. The art collection is also very interesting, and the coffee is great!
The neighborhood it’s in isn’t very interesting, though there’s a tram stop right outside the front door that makes it easy to go elsewhere.

We chose Palácio not only for an overnight stay but also to celebrate our small wedding there, and it was absolutely AMAZING!
Everything exceeded our expectations. The celebration room was beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Our hotel room was comfortable and elegant, and the breakfast the next morning was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience.
From the very beginning until the very end, everything was exceptional. It all went so much better than we had ever expected. Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable—we couldn’t have chosen a better place!

A very charming property with excellent staff, great coffee and food. A little away from the hustle bustle of the main Lisbon, but having said that still on a very busy street.
The mix of the the old world charm and the modern minamilistic interiors of the property gives it a interesting twist.

El desayuno estaba muy bien. El hotel es un hotel con encanto con habitaciones confortables y un jardin muy agradable.
Falta de personal. Tardaron una hora y media en atenderme en el jardin para traerme una coca cola. el segundo dia despues de dos horas sin que nadie atendiera me marche.

So clean, fresh and elegant! The staff were so kind and welcoming. When my mum was unwell, one of the waitresses in the bar made her the most gorgeous pot of herbal tea, and they couldn’t have been kinder. I can’t fault this property, we will be back.
