Eine majestätische Oase mitten in der city
Pros:

Tolle Lage, tolles Hotel, toller Service!
Alle waren super lieb und aufmerksam und die Räumlichkeiten sowie der Garten sind ein Traum! Ich habe mich wie eine echte Prinzessin gefühlt. An meinem Geburtstag wurde ich verwöhnt und mit so viel Aufmerksamkeit umgeben, dass es mir bis heute beim Gedanken daran ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert.

Pros:

It was very tasteful, beautiful and comfortable. The garden in the back was great for having tea/coffee and a book! The staff were very kind, helpful, and thoughtful ! We had an excellent stay!

Fab spot, lovely feeling hotel, some noise
Pros:

Great spot, in real hustle and bustle. Very buzzy area with lots nearby.
Lovely staff - friendly, helpful, v welcoming.
Great sized room. High ceilings, big windows, huge bathroom.
Lovely breakfast
Nice outside area but aware of road / tram noise

Cons:

Tram stop right outside hotel front door. Great to be so connected but if your noise phobic request a room at the back

Wonderful hotel and amazing people!
Pros:

We stayed at Palácio Visconde for the second time, and once again we absolutely loved the vibe, the beautiful design, the helpful staff, and the amazing breakfast. It really feels like a special place, and that’s why we chose to return.

This time, however, our first night was quite challenging because the ceiling in our suite started leaking, which made sleep very difficult. The initial attempt to resolve the issue wasn’t successful, but after a couple of hours the team moved us to another suite, which was also lovely and comfortable. We really appreciated their help and professionalism.

Given that we booked one of the most expensive rooms and had a disrupted first night, a small gesture from the hotel would have made the experience feel more balanced. Still, we truly enjoy staying here and hope to return again in the future.
