Amazing
Pros:

Everything was great from our arrival until our departure. The hotel is really cute, quite well located, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The biggest plus is definitely the reception staff — everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to provide recommendations or assist with coordination, whether for transportation, taxis, or tours around Bacalar.

The hotel also offers access to a beach club located a little outside Bacalar (a bit away from the center though), which is a nice bonus. There also offer coffee, fruits, milk, cereals, marmalade, bread available in the morning, and the terrace is very pleasant to relax on.

The location is convenient: around a 10-minute walk from some public docks with access to the lagoon, with a small shop next door and several restaurants also within walking distance.

Overall, everything was really great. The only small downside was that the pool was under maintenance on the day of our departure, so we could not use it. However, the reception team handled it very well and kindly offered us access to the pool of one of their nearby sister properties instead.

Bel endroit pour revenir et se poser plusieurs jours.
Pros:

Hébergement tres sympa avec une belle grande terrasse à l'étage devant nos chambres avec coin cuisine pour se poser. Petit déjeuner inclus avec café, lait, céreales, pain, confiture et fruits 😋. Piscine pour se rafraîchir. Chambres et literie propres et très confortables.
En prime un beau couple de toucans à la fenêtre au réveil. Personnel nickel.
On a pu garer la voiture juste devant.
Même si l'hôtel n'est pas sur la lagune, il donne accès a un beach club permettant d'accéder autant qu'on veut a la lagune en présentant la clef des chambres.

Top hotel voor een paar nachtjes Bacalar
Pros:

Heerlijk fijn hotel, goede bedden, leuk zwembad en prachtige gezamenlijke ruimte waar je lekker kunt zitten in een stoel of liggen in de hangmat.
We waren met onze kinderen en zowel wij als de kinderen hebben genoten. We hebben twee keer bij Maya Cabana gegeten omdat het zo lekker en gezellig was. Ook de boottocht is een aanrader! Vergeet los Rapidos niet te bezoeken en struin in de avond over het plein dan is je reis compleet!

Une halte bienfaisante à Bacalar
Pros:

L’Emplacement un peu excentré, son calme, la petite piscine et la terrasse couverte pour profiter du petit-déjeuner et des jolis oiseaux. Le personnel est bilingue anglais, adorable et à l’écoute. Toujours prêt à donner des conseils. De 3 nuits réservées nous en avons passé 9. Je recommande ++

It was a chill, comfortable, and stress-free stay with a good location and a peaceful atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. They changed our room due to a toilet issue and allowed us to change rooms at our own pace, without any pressure or stress. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the rooftop was very nice.

I had a truly smooth experience overall, from check-in to check-out, with clear and easy communication throughout. They also provided fruits and coffee for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise as I did not expect it to be included.

Rooms are very large and the bed was comfortable. Good space

Cons:

It was all good. Just the water pressure in the shower was low but that is a general issue in Mexico.

Het is 15 min. lopen naar het centrum en er lopen veel zwerfhonden in de straat, kamer ziet er niet heel sfeervol uit, warm water van de douche is snel op
