White Palace Old City Boutique Hotel

Principalmente la ubicación estratégica. Desde las conexiones Centro (parte europea) y demás vínculos con las otras partes de la ciudad.
Por otro lado y más importante, su encargado y gerente: Alper. Una persona SÚPER educada y una forma de ser que tranquiliza. Tanto él como su personal, eficientes, resolutivos, discretos y silenciosos. Sabías que estaban ahí pero apenas hacían nada de ruído, manteniendo un ambiente calmado entre tanto bullicio de una ciudad tan caótica e híper poblada.
El hotel en sí es una casa antigua restaurada de hace 100 años (Alper, si lees esto y me equivoco, corrígeme, por favor). Una muy buena reforma le daba un ambiente muy íntimo y sosegado. Además, al tener tan pocas habitaciones, no había mucho huésped que molestara a altas horas de la noche. La habitación, muy cómoda, limpia y bien equipada con todo tipo de detalles (hasta abrillantador de zapatos!). Buena calefacción/refrigeración y confort.
Merece totalmente la pena elegir la opción de desayuno. Supongo que será el plato variado local típico de allí, pero dudo mucho que alguien se quede con hambre. Es muy generoso y variado (desde aceitunas, queso feta, tostadas, bizcocho, dulces, hojaldres, fruta, zumos, té, café… )

Su gestor (que habla en un inglés correcto y suave) también facilita todo tipo de aclaraciones sobre lugares de interés, locales para probar platos típicos y actividades como paseos por el Bósforo (a buen precio teniendo en cuenta el recorrido y tiempo de la actividad +2h).
En general, un muy buen lugar si quieres pasar más de dos días en la ciudad y dedicarte exclusivamente a turisteo y vagabundear por una ciudad que parece no dormir nunca.
También se encargó de facilitarnos la recogida y llegada al aeropuerto sin ningún tipo de demora o incidencia (merece la pena porque mi aeropuerto se encontraba a 45-50 min del hotel).

Очень приветливый персонал👍. В номере есть всё необходимое. Отличный завтрак). Удобное месторасположение . В пешей доступности центр Султанахмета и все достопримечательности , а также набережная .

Neat and clean, well maintained. All facilities available.
7 minutes walk to the bus station, and sea view. Quiet locality. 7 minutes walk to the Blue mosque, 10 minutes to tram station. Alper, the facilitator is a very kind man,
And helps you in whatsoever you want.

It was an oasis in the midst of Istanbul chaos. The a/c worked well, it was quiet but still 5 minute walk to center if Sultanahmet. Beautiful bilding and Alper was a great host.

La atencion de Alpert fue increible, super atento a nuestras necesidades, el desayuno riquisimo y completo, un poco pequena la estancia para desayunar pero igual muy bien

Situato in un posto tranquillo

The location is really good. Alper the host is genuine and kind.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its greatest asset is undoubtedly its location: situated in the heart of Istanbul's historic center, it provides easy walking access to major attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, and many other landmarks.

What makes this hotel truly special is its ability to combine a central location with a remarkably peaceful atmosphere. Although it is close to everything, it is located on a quiet street, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing and restful stay after a busy day of sightseeing.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the overall value for money was excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore Istanbul on foot while enjoying comfort, tranquility, and convenience. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit!
