WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL!!! Great personnel that made us feel so welcome from first minutes and were very helpful any time we needed anything. Really spacious and clean room (cleaning staff so good and so friendly). Additional facilities (sport centre, sushi restaurant and wine and cheese tasting). Hotel close to many subway stations (one literally on the door step). Plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops within 5 mins walking distance. Wall Street and Charging Bull round the corner. South Ferry to Staten Island 10 mins walk (ferry is FREE OF CHARGE - do not buy any tickets from the on street scammers!)
One more thing worth to mention as some people may find it helpful, the hotel's breakfast includes tea/coffee/juice/water/milk, good selection of bagels and muffins/croissants, jams/honey/Philadelphia cheese/butter, cereals and porridge pots, yogurt and some fruits. No meats or eggs or hot food selection. We don't usually eat breakfast before 10 am but I have seen breakfast bar being really busy. If you don't like your breakfasts on a sweet side, the close by area has plenty places you can go and grab something you like at any time that suits you. And many Starbucks cafes close too.

The only inconvenience was the speed of the room's door. Our room was designated for disabled customers so door opens and closes via automatic installation. The inconvenience was the wait time for the door to close. You have to wait till door closes to ensure it locks itself.
Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß oder per Subway zu erreichen.
Frühstück war amerikanisch, eher süß. Aber die Auswahl war größer als erwartet: verschiedene Sorten Bagels, Stückchen, Müsli, Obst 👍🏻
Jeden Tag gab es 2 Flaschen Wasser aufs Zimmer.
Mo-Mi gab’s oben in der Bar von 17-19:00 Wein, Kräcker und Käse kostenlos 👍🏻
Unserem Wunsch, ein Zimmer in den unteren Etagen zu bekommen, wurde entsprochen 👍🏻
Das Zimmer war winzig, zudem gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Der Zimmerservice kam gar nicht oder so spät, dass wir ihn nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten.
Wir hätten uns einen Eiswürfel-Automaten gewünscht, statt den Zimmerservice um Eiswürfel zu bitten.
Location is great, a bit quieter in Fidi but close to all good transport links.
The hotel felt really clean and there were daily room cleans which kept everything fresh.
The staff were all really polite and friendly which was nice.
The free breakfast was great. Although it was just continental, for me, it had everything you could want. The selection of Patti’s was really nice and I appreciated the flavoured waters. I also appreciated the ice so there was an option to make iced coffees.
The wine happy hour was great. Although we only made use of this once, it’s a really great touch and the server who provided this was so friendly.
After check out, we left our bags until around 7pm with no issue.
Overall, it was a really great stay at Fidi.
The room lacks some basic essentials, such as a fridge and a kettle. I think a fridge would be a nice touch to keep drinks cool.
However, I did call down for a kettle and a steamer and these were provided.
Great location, the staff were also amazing
We booked a larger room and got put in a standard for the first night, it was uncomfortably small and faced the road which was noisy. The staff, however, moved us then to the room we’d book which was lovely, very large, bigger bed and bathroom was nicer. It also faced the back of the building so it was quieter. The only other thing I’d mention is the b’fast is limited if you are staying a while; it’s more a grab and go type situation. I assume this is because the hotel mostly caters to traveling workers who are only there for a night or 2.

La posizione è ottima, Financial District comoda per girare da pertutto perchè ben servita ( metropolitana - ferryboat )
Zona piena di uffici quindi sempre gente in giro tutto il giorno e la notte, piena di locali e negozi ma non caotica come il centro di Manatthan perchè ci sono meno turisti in giro.
Hotel pulitissimo e sempre profumato, rifanno la stanza tutti i giorni cambiando asciugamani sempre.
Ottima colazione, salutare ( yogurt greco, frutta, cereali, briosche e bagel, marmellata e burro, caffè latte tisane e succhi di frutta) Acqua sempre in camera e se la richiedi te ne danno quanta ne vuoi, c'è una piccola gym per stare sempre in allenamento ed anche un ristorante Sushi al piano 2 meglio se ti prenoti, e poi dal lunedì al venerdì offrono per tutti i clienti aperitivo in terrazza all'ultimo piano :-)
