Quarto muito bom, nem moderno. Ótima localização do hotel.
Limpeza do quarto precisa melhorar. Ficamos sem sabonete líquido e palpel higiênico no final e nao foi feito reposição. Atendimento precisa ser mais cordial também. Café da manhã apenas ok.
Very convenient location in FiDi with various subway stations within a stone's throw, as well as convenience stores, cafes, and shops nearby. Only a short walk from iconic locations like the bull, NYSE, and Wall Street. The interiors are cool and honestly the lobby smelt amazing. Shoutout to the redhead with bangs and cool nails on the front desk who was v pleasant and super helpful.
Very squished room - not enough space and definitely not enough shelves/furniture to put things on! No drawers and a tiny bathroom shelf which doesn't fit the average woman's make-up collection. I also personally experienced a few disappointments, like lack of housekeeping (despite two requests), very limited breakfast options (with the bar out of certain items on two of the three mornings I visited), and more customer service training required for one of the front desk staff members.

Szerettünk ott lenni, A szoba pici volt, de nagyon tiszta. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, minden nap ugyanaz volt a kínálat, de így sem untuk meg.
Nincs hűtő a szobában, ez azért nyáron nem annyira szerencsés. Kaptunk grátisz vizet minden nap, de szobameleg volt, mert nem tudtuk hűteni. Ami viszont NAGYON nem tetszett: check out után kértük, hogy hívjanak egy taxit, amivel ki tudunk menni a reptérre. Azt mondták, van saját szolgáltatásuk, de csak 60 perc múlva elérhető. Kértük, hogy akkor segítsenek taxit hívni, azt mondták, azt nem tehetik, álljunk ki a sarokra és intsünk le egyet. Bőröndökkel. Ez nagyon negatív élmény volt. :-( :-(

The staff were so incredibly kind.
Location was great! And I think the space of the room is ok for 1 or 2 people and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok as well, basic stuff for continental breakfast.
