Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Etwas kleine Kästen für Kleidung.

Cons:

Karte wurde vor der regulären Zeit zum auschecken bereits desktiviert.
Der Parkplatz ist leider etwas weiter weg.

Cons:

Zimmer recht klein. Ausstattung sehr auf Optik ausgelegt aber unpraktisch. Regale und Ablagen hingen bereits schief in der Wand. Auswahl beim Frühstück okay aber viele Produkte von unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität.

Cons:

La pieza estaba con mucho olor a putrefacción (a pescado/desagüe). A las 3:00 am tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento porque estaba irrespirable y dijeron que el hotel tiene problemas de cañería. Aparte el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, solo se podía poner en 16 grados C (era verano entonces si lo apagábamos hacía demasiado calor y si lo prendíamos mucho frío). No nos solucionaron ninguno de los dos problemas ni nos dieron compensación por las molestias.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage, bequeme Betten
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage am Ende der Fußgängerzone/Bismarckplatz und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Die Betten waren super bequem, das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl.
Schöne Aussicht über Heidelberg mit Schloss in der Ferne.

Cons:

Die Türen waren extrem schwer, die Zimmer sind kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirken.
Die Frühstückseier und Eierspeisen waren leider kalt.
In der Tiefgarage muss man auf die Tauben-Kacke achten.

Pros:

Great location, air conditioning worked very well and the temperature was adjustable. Bathroom was spacious.

Geweldige, super schone en gastvrije accommodatie waar je echt het relaxte vakantie gevoel van

Prachtige omgeving, super gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Service staat unaniem op 1.
Heerlijke wellness, ook daar is alles even schoon, netjes en comfortabel. Met een woord geweldig en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros:

Large comfortable room with lovely high quality bed linen and very comfortable bed and two pillows. Fabulous bathroom with huge shower. Superb air conditioning. Four useful hooks in bedroom. Terrific value for money. Wonderful roof bar and restaurant with incredible views of the Castle and city. Super spacious free secure underground parking!

Super Lage. Das Zimmer mit Schlossblick grandios! Ruhig, angenehm klimatisiert, komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum schön und ruhig. Vielseitige Essensauswahl, für jeden etwas dabei.
