Not very satisfied
Cons:

This hotel is not recommended. The pillows are all sour and smelly, and the staff is required to urgently change the odourless pillows at night. This hotel just has some geographical advantages.

Осталась очень довольна пребыванием в отеле 😊 Номер был красивым, чистым и уютным. Персонал — вежливый, доброжелательный и очень приятный в общении.

Отдельно хочу отметить девушку на рецепции — она говорила по-русски, поэтому общаться было особенно комфортно. Также по моей просьбе мне предоставили вазу для цветов, хотя это не было обязательной услугой

Cons:

Из небольших пожеланий — хотелось бы немного большего разнообразия фруктов на завтраке. В остальном всё было прекрасно, и это скорее небольшое пожелание, чем недостаток.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung kann man das Hotel absolut empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage und die Entfernung zur Altstadt ist ausgezeichnet!
Das Frühstück erfüllt alle Anforderungen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen Kühlschrank, aber ein Mineralwasser pro Person wäre schön gewesen.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht, eine Frechheit

Die Lage, aber dann war es es auch schon.

Cons:

es fing schon beim buchen an , ich konnte nicht über das Buchungsportal zahlen, musste vor Ort bezahlen das erheblich mehr gekostet hat, im Hotel konnte ich dann mit der gleichen Karte bezahlen. Ich hatte das Hotel angeschrieben aber man bekam keine Antwort. So ging es bei der Ankunft weiter. uns wurde erklärt wie es mit der Zimmerreinigung geht , aber es gab keine Zimmerreinigung, es fand sich keiner die Mühe das Zimmer zu reinigen, geschweige die Handtücher zu wechseln.
Das Frühstücksbuffet für 21 € ist eigentlich eine Frechheit ,keine Salami nur Billigwurst. Keine weichen Eier die sind alle Hart.
Ich könnte hier noch einiges aufzählen, auch die Freundlichkeit lässt hier zu wünschen über. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel entspricht nicht dem was versprochen wird, sehr schade.
Ich kann nur jedem Gast der Heidelberg besuchen möchte einen großen bogen um das Hotel zu machen.
Ich werde hier nicht mehr aufschlagen.

A solid choice near edge of old town.
Pros:

Location is good, just a bit of a hike to get to old town, and other interesting venues, the rooftop restaurant is nice, just make reservations the instant you can, for terrace seats. A bit pricey for level of preparation. Don't order pasta, sorry. Hotel was super clean, very secure for solo travelers, well outfitted at breakfast, although we didn't partake in it, seemed a bit pricey.

Cons:

Front desk staff not very helpful for directions, suggestions, etc. but you're not paying for a concierge service either.

Mega onoverzichtelijke liften en trappenhuizen. Garage was niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en super krap. Personeel zag dat we NL’s waren maar gingen in het Duits tegen ons tekeer ipv Engels zoals wij tegen hen praatten. Pas toen we ze tot 3x toe niet begrepen schakelden ze over op (perfect) Engels. Bij het digitaal uitchecken moest ik nogmaals betalen, dus dat ging niet goed met het systeem.

The location is very good, close to the historic center. The reception staff was helpful.The hotel has a small parking area, but they helped find parking at a shopping center very close by.

Cons:

we found large spiders in two of the rooms, the reception staff was helpful and they assisted us by either changing our rooms or killing the spiders. Room cleaning was inadequate; when booking at the Plaza, you don't expect to find spiders on the walls.
