Acomodação ampla, limpa, confortável. Refeições bem preparadas. Equipe da recreação muito atenciosa, assim como os demais funcionários. A propriedade é muito bonita e bem cuidada. Piscina muito boa também.

Otimo lugar para descansar e ver um por do sol lindo.
Pros:

Estrutura e comida muito boa, funcionarios muito prestativos, em especial os atendentes Flavia, Joao Victor, o coordenador de cozinha Reinaldo. Poderia melhora a parte de sala de jogos com mais variedades, como uma mesa de pebolim ou ping pong. Bicicletas precisam ser renovadas, muitas com pneus vazios ou freios nao funcionantes, sem opcao de bicicletas infantis, incluindo com rodinhas de apoio para iniciantes, se o hotel se predispõe a atender familias isto seria muito bem vindo. Flechas do arco e flecha estavam bem capengas (tortas). Nao existe uma ciclovia evidente no hotel, talvez aproveitar a area ao redor do lago seria bem interessante para preparar uma. Modernizar o sistema de reserva de serviços, como a reserva da sala de hidromassagem seria bom, fiz a reserva e cheguei no horario e tive que esperar uns 30 minutos ate um funcionario trazer a chave da sala (utilizar um sistema que abra com o cartão que identifique o hospede ou o quarto, assim como se utiliza o cartao para acessar a piscina aquecida) seria uma boa, se fosse possivel.

Cons:

No geral, otimo lugar para descansar, mas precisa dar uma manutencao melhor na estrutura das atividades (bicicletas, arco e flecha, por exemplo).

Hotel novo, bem estruturado e equipe excepcional.
Pros:

Hotel impecável na limpeza. Recreador “Zek” é excepcional, consegue entreter crianças e adultos com muita criatividade e simpatia. O Pedro nos atendeu muito bem no restaurante, muito atencioso. A equipe em geral é extremamente cordial e muito bem treinada.

A comida pode melhorar. Não é ruim, mas precisa entregar mais.
