Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the facilities are outstanding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

Le déjeuner n’était pas bon. Les lits trop dure.. la douche toute rouiller et prête à tomber..
la chambre était très petite et vu sur les toits.
We had stayed there before,knowing it was in easy walking to the major sites, and a tramline that took us to the Egyption market, and Galata bridge.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The two receptionists and bellboy were very kind and helpful. The lady in the breakfast room was also helpful. Close to top spots and sea.
There should be a place to put our luggage on so that we can open it on top rather than on the floor. Our tv was also a bit broken - one part of the screen had lines.
Good location for places of interest - walking distance. Friendly staff - helped us with obilet app. Good breakfast. Easy access hotel.

Tout était parfait. Du personnel de l’accueil jusqu’au personnel de nettoyage tout le monde était souriant, très gentil. À notre écoute s’il y a quelque chose qui n’allait pas, il faisait tout pour que cela devienne possible. Franchement rien à dire. Réservez et vous verrez de vous-même.
O hotel é bem localizado, permitindo chegar aos principais pontos turísticos a pé, o que torna a estadia muito mais prática.
Outro diferencial é que o hotel oferece lanchinhos em horários determinados, um cuidado que faz toda a diferença para os hóspedes.
Todos os funcionários são extremamente educados, atenciosos e muito amáveis, sempre dispostos a ajudar e fazer com que a estadia seja a melhor possível.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με βασικά αξιοθέατα σε απόσταση μερικών λεπτών με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, το πρωινό με κάλυψε πλήρως, ενώ το μεσημέρι και το απόγευμα μπορούσες να πας στο εστιατόριο για καφέ ή τσάι! Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά, ενώ παρέχεται και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, κάτι που είναι πολύ σημαντικό για το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο.
Θα ήθελα λίγο πιο μεγάλο το δωμάτιο.

We arrived very early in the morning and they helped us with storing our baggage u till check-in time. Breakfast was good. Wi-fi was good. They even gave advise about trains to the airport and help us find the shortest route to some of the sites we wanted to visit.
Staff was very friendly, helpful, trying their best to accommodate any requests. Very informative and flexible. Staff in the dining room were also friendly and welcoming. There are snack coffee times in the early and late p.m. which are helpful for guests after a long day excursion. Everyone seems friendly, happy, and willing to help.
The location is great, in a historic busy area but in a peaceful, safe and private corner. It is indeed relaxing. A good value for money property.
Nothing in partcular. It is all expected as a hotel in a historic old neighbourhood of Istanbul, it is considered a very good place, overall. Nothing surprisingly unexpected or negative. A genuinely good stay to explore this part of the city, at a good reasonable budget.
