Beste Lage für einen Städtetrip, tolles Frühstück!
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig! Mitten drin in der historischen Altstadt und trotzdem sehr leise. Man kann überall zu Fuß hinlaufen.

Das Frühstück war unglaublich vielfältig, frisch und eine Mischung aus lokalen Spezialitäten und internationalen Gerichten. Wir haben sehr viel gegessen.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Cons:

Je nach Zimmerkategorie sind manche Zimmer relativ klein. Was aber in einer Großstadt wie Istanbul keine Überraschung ist.

Pros:

Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. They even organized gluten free bread for us. The room was really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin, so we heard if the room next to us or the corridor was a bit loud.

Hôtel formidable
Pros:

Tout le personnel a été aux petits soins.
De petites attentions très appréciées. Merci à la jeune femme qui parle français car elle nous a été d'une aide précieuse, merci également à ses collègues qui, eux aussi, sont top.
La chambre était splendide avec une vue sur la mer de marmara.
Le petit déjeuner est tres copieux et varié.
Tout était génial !

Cozy place in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Amazing location, very close to major Istanbul sights, but on a very calm street. Nice and clean room with the dreamiest view over the sea. Good breakfast with lots of local options. And the staff is really, genuinely nice. Especially the receptionist with short hair (don’t know her name), she was very kind and helped with everything we needed. We felt very welcome the whole time.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin, so if you are a light sleeper you can hear the neighbors, but a pair of earplugs fixes that easily, so not a major issue

La posizione fantastica. Personale molto gentile. Parcheggio incluso molto apprezzato dato che siamo a 2 passi dalla moschea blu.
Colazione abbondante ovviamente di prodotti turchi.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen ausreichend groß, es war ja nur zum schlafen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und die Damen und Herren im Restaurant und an der Rezeption sehr nett. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für den Obstteller den man uns am letzten Abend aufs Zimmer gebracht hat

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, bis auf vielleicht eine Kleinigkeit. Man kann vor dem Hotel draußen sitzen, vielleicht könnte man überlegen etwas bequemere Sitzmöbel hinzustellen

Καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και άνετο. Υπέροχη θέα, πολλές παροχές υψηλού επιπέδου , ευγένεια και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση! Το προσωπικό πραγματικά μας σκλάβωσε με την ευγένεια και την προθυμία να μας εξυπηρετήσει και ευχαριστήσει σε κάθε αίτημα μας . Και τους ευχαριστούμε που έκαναν την διαμονή μας τόσο ευχάριστη εμπειρία.

Tres noches por Estambul
Pros:

El personal de recepción excelente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, preguntando al fjnal del día cómo vamos, qué necesitamos, muy serviciales. Cama muy cómoda. Desayuno variado, con productos típicos turcos, quesos, ensaladas, huevos revueltos, pasteles, etc. Además cuentan con un snack time gratuito a media mañana y a media tarde, un lujo. A 5 minutos andando de la mezquita azul y santa sofía, en un barrio que no le falta de nada y siempre con gente. Repetiría sin duda.

Cons:

Nada, en general todo muy bien. Baño y habitación básicas, pero buenísima relación calidad/precio (nevera en la habitación y productos de ducha disponibles, por ejemplo).

Extremely disappointing overall.

Location was handy to main sights and restaurants

Cons:

After being placed in the room we booked we were asked as a favor to move for our second night to a room with an 'ocean view'. Given this request we natural expected a better room as we were helping them out. Sadly the room was 1/3 the size of our booked room with a smaller bed, no space to move and the ocean view was a very exaggerated description! As it was after dinner we shared our shock and disappointment with the staff member on duty who was apologetic but would/could not do anything about it. She brought a plate of bruised fruit to try and placate us! We have never been treated this way before in any of our travels and it rather ruined our otherwise enjoyable stay in Istanbul. The staff the next morning (Presumably the manager and day staff) showed little remorse and their initial cheerful demeanor from our arrival turned to avoiding eye contact and indifference.

A localização é excepcional: entre a Hagia Sofia e a Mesquita Azul, próxima ao mar e há poucos minutos a pé do centro histórico.
