Cons:

We arrived at 3 pm for check in. Unfortunately, the room is not cleaned yet. We were transferred to another room but the whole floom was not cleaned. Good thing that customer servive is easy to contact.

Selbst-Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten lange warten, bis dann eine Person angereist kam, um die Maschine zu reparieren. Nach dieser Reise wollten wir Kontakt aufnehmen, um nochmals darüber zu sprechen. Wir konnten auch mit mehr als 10 Anrufen keine Personen telefonisch erreichen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten auf der Reeperbahn, was absolut genial für Nachtschwärmer ist. Trotz der lebhaften Umgebung konnten wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern super schlafen – die Isolierung ist top! Das Zimmer war sauber und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Ich würde mich beim nächsten Mal definitiv wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Pros:

Mitten auf der Reeperbahn, war auch ok, haben wir gewusst.
Es wurde in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal das Zimmer genutzt.
Lediglich Abfall entsorgen und saubere Handtücher, die zu genügend. Eingang sollte mal richtig gereinigt werden, so wie auch die Zimmer!

Cons:

Mal gewisse Dinge reparieren, Kübel bad, balkon reinigen, zwei Stühle draußen, Teppich shamponieren ect.

Stylishe, günstige Zimmer mitten auf der Reeperbahn
Pros:

Wirklich stylishe Zimmer, sehr sauber, gute Betten, recht leise für den Ort, top Lage, sehr günstiger Preis, Personal nicht vor Ort aber extrem schnell und freundlich am Telefon

Cons:

Magere Ausstattung (Schreibtisch, Zahnputzgläser etc. wären schon nett), Flur riecht seltsam
