Vi tjekkede ud efter 5 minutter og måtte betale for et nyt hotel. Udenom booking hvilket var nemmere og billigere. Booki

Cons:

Der lugtede af gammelrøg på værelset.
Vi kunne ikke forhandle os frem til den mindste kompensation.
Der stod “familieegnet” men det lå midt i Reeperbahn med stemning af bordel på hotellets øvrige etager.

Hollywood stemning på værelset. Virkelig specielt og gennemført. Indtjekningen kunne forbedres.
Pros:

Det lå meget centralt i forhold til at se og opleve Reperbahn.
Værelserne var helt rene, sengene gode, man fik Hollywood film vibes med overdådigt indrettede værelser.

Cons:

Indtjekningen.
Man tjekker selv ind. Fik dog ingen kode eller manual til døren, måtte hoppe ind med et andet par. Kunne ikke få fat på nogen når man ringede for at få hjælp. De ringede tilbage, men først efter 1 time.

Udtjekning kl 11, men efter klokken 10 duede dørnøglekortet ikke. Godt vi ikke var gået ud uden vores ting.

Absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wunderschöne geräumige Zimmer, hohe Decken, tolle Inneneinrichtung, super zentral für das Feiern auf dem Kiez und mit Fahrstuhl.
Ich wollte nur eine Nacht bleiben. Aber weil die Unterkunft so toll ist, habe ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängert.

Pros:

Das einzig wirklich gute am Hotel ist die Lage, wenn man mal direkt auf de Reeperbahn bleiben will zum Feiern perfekt. Alles andere ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Cons:

Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurden alle Handtücher mitgenommen und keine neuen da gelassen. Wir haben bis zum Check-out keine neuen erhalten. Es ist kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, einchecken über ziemlich komplizierten Automaten, der alles von dir wissen möchte. Bei Problemen ist zwar jemand telefonisch erreichbar, aber die Lösungen und Auskünfte sind fraglich. Ein Schlafanzug ist auch während der Reinigung verschwunden. Sauberkeit war nicht in jedem Zimmer gegeben, obwohl die Zimmer eigentlich schön eingerichtet wären.
