Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Pros:

Es muy vintage, para los dos dias las camas, la instalación del ropero para guardar las cosas, el mini frio bar, estaban bien, habían canales antiguos de acuerdo a las vibes del hotel y muy cerca al Parque Central de Chiclayo.

Cons:

A primera impresión era muy Tétrico y parecía de la época de Jefrey Dammer, la entrada de recepción, no lo aprecie muy bien ya que estaba oscuro, tal vez ayudaría un poco de cambio en la iluminación y en color para que fuera mas agradable. E una tv no se veían casi nada en los canales, en el cuarto había polvo al borde de las ventanas. Un poco de mantenimiento no caería mal.

Very good deal
Pros:

Comfortable and affordable. Operational elevator, hot water, and location. These made the stay great. Access to stores and entertainment within walking distance.

Good value for money
Pros:

It was a very good value for money ! Also, I was able to get my room very early, was super nice and appreciable 🙏 the shower for good pressure

Cons:

The room wasn't super clean and the bed wasn't super comfy but completely ok for the price

Deben iluminar mas la recepción y el ambiente del primer piso.

We chose this place due to its location near a Clinic where we had an appointment.
The location, the A/C and the surroundings
