Забронировали номер, прожили три дня поменялись планы по семейным обстоятельствам, написали в отель попросили пересчитать оставшиеся пять дней, но отель отправил к букингу, написали в букинг, букинг отправил в отель. На ресепшене сказали обратиться в букинг, в итоге деньги никто не вернул за оставшиеся не прожитые дни. Футболили друг к другу. Хотя бронировали два номера и второй тоже освободили на день раньше, без возврата денег. Ранее почитали положительные отзывы поэтому забронировали два номера в этом отеле, в итоге отель совсем не соответствует заявленным параметрам, старый, полотенца старые, белье старое, душевые убитые. Не знаю почему такой высокий рейтинг был у отеля?!

The view
I have paid for larger room with kitchen but what I have got is very small room without kitchen

Didn't like the place
Unfortunately, the hotel was completely different from what I expected. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. We could hear absolutely everything — conversations at reception (even though our room was on the 2nd floor), neighbours talking, taking showers, flushing the toilet, as well as noise from the café next door and traffic outside until early morning.
Our neighbours were extremely loud throughout the night. We contacted reception and asked for help, but unfortunately nothing was done to solve the situation.
To be honest, I barely slept during my stay at this hotel.
The cleaning was also disappointing. There were many hairs from previous guests around the room, and some rubbish from the previous guests had not been removed.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a wooden board. I woke up with back pain in the morning.
Overall, the room looks nice at first glance, but the poor soundproofing, cleanliness issues, and uncomfortable bed made the stay very disappointing.

Totally overwhelming sea and mountain view. If you like a sea view - this is a place for you! The room is good, the air conditioning was very good, the location is convenient in terms of beaches, restaurants and stores. Good public transport, taxi to the airport is always at hand. The nearest beach is somewhat depressive, but there are other - much nicer - beach options nearby, including with a lift. We spent nine nights there with my grown up daughter, and enjoyed our time.
The room equipment is but basic, you won't find tea spoons, or a rope to dry your swimming suit, or an extra shelf / hook in the bathroom to place the towels. But it is still very good, if you want to stay in the city.
