Where to even start. We booked this room for one night. When we arrived, we paid for the room in cash and were surprised when the receptionist lady asked for our credit card details, which she wrote down on a piece of paper (no official paperwork). She took ALL the information, even the CVC. Once checked in, we headed out to town for a few hours and then returned to sleep peacefully. In the morning, I realized my credit cards were being hacked—my two Australian cards and my French one. At first, I didn't make the connection. We checked out and went about our day. In the meantime, I started getting payment requests for 1000, 500, 600 etc. on all my cards, in EUR and AUD, for AliExpress or other sites, which thankfully didn't go through. The only one that did was a Netflix payment. A few hours later, it was the Revolut card we'd given at reception, matching exactly the amount of a transaction attempted on one of my cards. And then it all clicked: while we were out, someone entered our room and stole our banking details to hack us. Since my husband's other cards weren't there (he'd taken his wallet with his French and Australian cards), they tried with his Revolut card. It's heartbreaking. So we went to file a police report to prevent this from happening again. When we called them to explain, the manager admitted it wasn't normal for someone to ask for our credit card details after we'd paid in cash. Worse, he outright offered us money to buy our silence and keep us from leaving a bad review. As a result, all our cards are blocked and we can't withdraw any money now. Our vacation is ruined and has taken a whole different turn. It was our honeymoon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The location and the staff. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.
The facility wasn't to the expectations. Bathroom exhaust fan not working, mist on mirror. Toilet paper holder and Bathroom soap holder falling off. Room window had broken glass and window not closing ( broken latch and can be safety/security issue). Bathroom and toilet very little space.

Staffs , bed and location was okay.
- Wifi should be automatically connected to the TV as soon as we check in , giving us unnecessary hassle to look for the password and try to connect but couldn't connect so didn't want to bother the staffs.
- Aircon remote was not working , staff changed the remote but was still not working so room was on 16 degrees the whole night as we couldn't change the temp- it's all unnecessary hassle.
- bathroom and toilet sink very small - not enough space to move around.

You have everything you need to make your stay comfortable if you’re on a tight budget, friendly staff, close to town and safe. I would stay here again if back in Suva.
