Ottima sistemazione
Pros:

Bella camera con angolo cottura in un bel edificio in pieno centro, a pochi passi da Piazza della Città Vecchia. Servizio di deposito bagagli incluso presso il desk dove è sempre presente una guardia h24 in caso di necessità.

The hotel was totally disapointing.
Pros:

Location. Very central.

Cons:

The “Attic” room 601 was terrible. To avoid hitting the head on the ceiling or some beams, we need to walk bent over. ALL THE TIME! Including near the bed.

When I complained, the answer was the worst one can expect. “That was the room you reserved. I can’t do anything”

There was no appropriate lighting in the tiny place to prepare meals, where you should bend over also. All the time.

Fabulous location

Cons:

The online check in gave us a code that unlocked the outer doors to hotel but didn't unlock the room.It took 25minutes to get this sorted. At 6pm after a long day travelling this was not appreciated .

Also the fan in bathroom of room 208 has a loud low frequency humm which needs fixing.

Kitchen crowded with no bench space as microwave took up all space.
