Accueil, emplacement, qualité de la literie et des installations.

We were very pleased with our stay at S'Estancia Suites. The conditions were comfortable and the staff were very caring and friendly. Es Mercadal is a charming little town, and the hotel is situated in a quiet area very close to the center, with its bars and shops. It serves as a great base for exploring Menorca or visiting the beaches (all within a 30-minute drive). We enjoyed the tasty breakfasts and the area with the small pool (just like in the photos). There is a parking lot nearby, we had no problem finding a free space.

Tutto perfetto, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
Posizione eccellente per girare l'isola in comodità, presenza di ampio parcheggio difronte all'ingresso dell'hotel, colazione fantastica, con ampia scelta, con presenza anche di prodotti a km0. Camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa e ben arredata, dotata anche di piccolo spazio esterno molto carino e funzionale.
Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e prodighi di consigli e dritte su come girare l'isola, cosa fare di giorno e di sera, cosa evitare e soprattutto quali spiagge visitare considerando i venti. Ci hanno fornito gratuitamente un ombrellone per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno ed erano pronti ad accoglierci con una bottiglia di acqua fresca ogni sera al nostro ritorno.
Un sentito ringraziamento a Raul, Francesca e in particolare a Leon, che con il suo fluente italiano e la sua simpatia ci ha fatti sentire come a casa

Una experiencia perfecta, recibimos una atencion inmejorable, tienen en cuenta todos los detalles. El desayuno fue completo y muy bueno. La habitaciones son preciosas y la cama comodisima. El día del check out sabían que nos íbamos de excursión y nos ofrecieron poder ducharnos antes de volver a casa, fue un detallazo. 100% recomendable.

Yesssssss best hotel I've stayed in in a really long time. This is the kind of place where they know the small details make for the big difference. The room with the balcony and outside tub was fabulous, not only does it have everything you need, but everything is thought through and makes for keeping your room nice and tidy. There's free communal parking on the other side of the street, fabulous.
We were so warmly greeted by the staff, they'll happily share tips on where to go and what to do, and the atmosphere is just perfecto. The day we checked out we were allowed to borrow towels and a sun umbrella for the beach, and had the best time all in all!

Nuestra estancia fue de 10. Las instalaciones son preciosas, cuidadas al detalle y cuentan con todo lo que puedas necesitar para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Además, la ubicación es fantástica, en Es Mercadal, un pueblo con muchísimo encanto y muy bien situado para conocer la isla. Hay dos parkings públicos justo fuera, lo que facilita mucho el aparcamiento.

El desayuno nos encantó: increíble, con mucha variedad, productos de muy buena calidad y opciones para todos los gustos.

Y, sin duda, destacar la atención de Raúl y León, que fueron encantadores durante toda nuestra estancia. Muy atentos, cercanos y siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada. Una atención de 10.

Die Menschen die in diesem Hotel arbeiten, machen es zu etwas ganz besonderem! Wir waren bereits in vielen Hotels in unterschiedlichen Ländern, aber das Team von S'Estancia Suites setzt die Messlatte SEHR hoch. Jedes Teammitglied ist mit Leidenschaft dabei, freundlich und extrem zuvorkommend. Kommt man nach einem langen Tagestrip zurück in die Unterkunft, fühlt es sich so an als würde man von allen direkt in den Arm genommen werden. Besonders nett: Auch Menorca wird immer touristischer, weshalb in diesem Hotel besonders darauf geachtet wird, ruhigere und weniger bekannte Ausflugsziele zu empfehlen, wenn man nach Tipps fragt.

Die gesamte Anlage, inkl. der Zimmer sind TOP gepflegt und das Hotel ist, trotz einer größeren Straße direkt daneben sehr, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ein weiteres Highlight der Unterkunft. Täglich gibt es unterschiedliche, meist lokale Lebensmittel und Speisen.

Wer eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Menorca sucht, dem können wir S'Estancia Suites nur empfehlen.

Atendimento incrível, o alojamento é muito bom, super limpo e com muito bom gosto.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel à Minorque et nous en sommes vraiment ravis ! L’établissement est très beau et idéalement situé. Un parking gratuit se trouve juste devant l’hôtel et nous avons toujours trouvé une place, ce qui était vraiment pratique. Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable : adorable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Ils prenaient régulièrement de nos nouvelles et nous apportaient même de l’eau lorsque nous rentrions à l’hôtel. Une équipe vraiment exceptionnelle ! Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et surtout de très bons produits locaux, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir les spécialités de l’île. La chambre était très agréable, soignée et toujours parfaitement propre. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !
