Overall, great stay. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

The service was incredible. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The Hotel is near Circasia, and easy 5-10 min drive and located near most important attractions of the coffee region. The hotel is well kept and the breakfast is also really good.

Cons:

There was a problem with the Jacuzzi on a night that we were really hoping to use it. We also did not know that there were no A/C units in the rooms, and during the summer it gets pretty hot. When we mentioned this to the staff, they were kind enough to find fans for us.

No lo note en el momento, pero en la pagina tenia un precio mas el servicio y en el momento de pagar pague un poco mas. como 20.000 pesos mas de diferencia... pero el sitio valio la pena.

La cama era enorme, las vistas desde el balcón y el jacuzzi. Había agua caliente. Y el personal súper amable, te ayudaban en todo. Muy recomendable!!
