Pros:

Close to the old city centre (less than 5 minutes away), proximity to tram station (less than 10 minutes away). A lot of restaurants nearby.
Solid breakfast that changed every day. Great and polite staff. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

Rooms are a little bit small.

Odlična lokacija i jakooo ljubazno osoblje. Hotel se nalazi u samom centru Istanbula. Vode brigu o susjednim macama <3

Cons:

Nažalost čistoća nije bila na očekivanoj razini. Doručak je također mogao biti malo bolji. Jedna spavaća soba je bila u suterenu, te je nedostajalo zraka i svježine.

Abbiamo soggiornato al 9 Doors Hotel di Istanbul e l’esperienza è stata ottima. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni come la Moschea Blu e Hagia Sophia. Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti.

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli e organizzazione. Anche la colazione era ottima, con prodotti freschi e tipici turchi.

Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel a chi desidera visitare Istanbul in totale comfort e in una zona centrale ma tranquilla.

Note that there are train tracks just under the window, so sometimes trains can be noisy, but they stop at around 11pm.

Hotel familiar muito bom e económico
Pros:

Excelente localização, a 5 minutos a pé da Mesquita Azul e Hagia Sophia, mas num bairro muito giro mas super calmo e pacífico.
É um hotel pequeno, com poucos quartos mas onde nos sentimos em casa. O staff foi muito simpático e atencioso.

Top verblijf voor citytrip!
Pros:

De accommodatie lag op een toplocatie. Je loopt zo vanaf het hotel naar de twee grote moskeeën en andere bezienswaardigheden.
Het personeel heeft oprechte persoonlijke aandacht voor je en wil je altijd helpen waar nodig.

Cons:

Bed was wel beetje zacht. En 1x per half uur komt er een trein/tram langs die je best hard hoort.

A due passi dal centro

Vicinanza al centro, cordialità dello staff, colazione, wifi, rapporto qualità prezzo. Gradita sorpresa al check out!

Cons:

All'arrivo non c'era nessuno e abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti, ma poi si è risolto tutto. Il treno passa molto vicino alle stanze ma l'insonorizzazione è buona (e di notte i treni non passano).

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and helpful during my stay, the bed was comfortable and the wifi was good. Water pressure for the shower was good.

Cons:

It felt a little cramped in the room and you could hear a lot from outside the room e.g. trains and people walking up/down stairs, even the water pipes were loud. Rubbish was left in drawers from the previous person. They did give free water but only one small bottle for the entire stay and I would expect one bottle a day at least, given you can’t drink the tap water. The toilet often didn’t flush properly it wouldn’t stop making a loud water noise unless you pressed the flush again. The shower shelf was rusty, and the towels were crispy rather than soft.

La colazione: la macchina del caffè funzionava male, non c’era personale e la colazione era un po’ scarna. Inoltre non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani per cinque giorni.

Location near blue mosque

Cons:

It could be much more cleaner. No one didn't fill the shampoo and shower gel dispenser so we we glad that we had our own. Used tea cups weren't washed in days and overall the cleaning wasn't great. The breakfast was fine, there was everything that we needed, but it's definitely not like on the pictures ;)
