Quarto limpo, confortável e silencioso. Atendeu plenamente às expectativas. Boa localização, a poucos minutos do aeroporto, tornando a estadia muito prática.

Cons:

A recepção foi, sem dúvida, o ponto mais negativo da estadia. Havia poucos funcionários para atender, o que gerava filas longas — em uma ocasião, esperei cerca de 40 minutos apenas para obter uma informação. Em outro momento, fui informado de que a prioridade era para clientes da Lufthansa, e não para hóspedes que reservaram pelo Booking. Também tentei pedir ajuda a uma recepcionista que estava em outra mesa, mas ela foi bastante indelicada e disse que não responderia às minhas perguntas. Foi uma experiência decepcionante.

Além disso, considerando a pequena distância até o aeroporto, o hotel deveria oferecer um serviço de transfer entre o aeroporto e o hotel, mesmo que fosse pago.

Just alright. Hardware is great, service can be improved
Pros:

For longer stays, this is quite a good place. It has everything you need for long stays, as well as there are shops and restaurants nearby. Good AC

Cons:

We didn’t find any shuttle service to the hotel. Online check in was pointless. Once per week cleaning and it costs if you want to do it more frequently is a bit much (got to know from friend who stayed longer)
