The location and room were great, but most of all we would really like to thank the help and honesty of the staff!
One member of our group forgot her wallet in the room and only realized it the day after we left the hotel and the city.
She fully recovered it with all the money, cards and documents!
Very nice hotel, definitely worth the money spent! Guido and Facundo made it extra special for us, the staff is in general very friendly and exceptional! Florence was also extremely kind at the front desk!
Overall cannot say anything bad, no wonder they rank 12th in all hotels in Miami.
The 5 o'clock at the pool with Dario was awesome. Dario was a great to talk with during our stay.

I am having an absolutely amazing time at Uma House by Yurbban, largely thanks to Facundo, the bartender! I am traveling solo, and right before my lunch when I wanted to eat by the pool, it started pouring rain. Facundo went completely above and beyond to rescue my afternoon. He personally set up a giant umbrella for me, hand-delivered my food, and made sure I was completely taken care of. He even intuitively sensed that I love spicy food and brought out hot sauce without me even asking—and absolutely nailed it!On top of the flawless service, he mixed up an awesome drink, gave me fantastic local recommendations to take advantage of, and is just incredibly great to talk to. Facundo is also just a very warm person who will do his very best to make you feel like the masterpiece or the exceptional being that you are. He is truly making me feel pampered and spoiled as a solo traveler. If you are staying at Uma House, definitely look for Facundo—he is the absolute best!

This isn't my first time staying at Uma House and definitely will not be my last. The hotel, as always, has exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly hard working and communicate with a smile in every interaction. Special shoutout to Florence for helping me book my room through telephone calls and emails. Rooftop pool and bar is so nice, clean, and inviting. The rooms were immaculate with housekeeping daily. My favorite part are the bathrooms! They are kept clean, big and modern looking. Just can't say enough about this place. Thanks everyone!
Hola, la ubicación es muy buena, queda a 1 cuadra de la
Playa y 3 cuadras de Lincoln rd, el lugar es seguro y tranquilo. La atención es muy buena y tiene un acceso interno al café. Sin duda vuelvo.
Nada el hotel, solo la playa tenía mucho sargazo.

I was given a room, then moved to another without being informed, and this change was never updated in their booking system. As a result, at 4 am, someone tried to enter my room because they had been given my room key, which appeared available in their system. They could not provide me a clear explanation about why it happened, so I left the hotel after the first night because I did not feel safe there. They promised to reimburse Booking.com for the remaining three nights I had already paid. I will never return to that place.

WiFi not working , a/c not working , front desk rarely answers calls - must call many times to get through, elevator not operating properly, rude, dismissive ,unprofessional staff.
