Le personnel a été extrêmement agréable et professionnel dès notre arrivée et tout le séjour. Bien que l’ensemble de l’hôtel a l’air d’un bon standing de boutique hôtel 4 étoiles, il y a des petites réparation qui seraient nécessaires. Notre chambre a eu un problème de climatisation lors de notre arrivée puis très vite réparée, ensuite les toilettes ont été bouchées lors de la première journée puis très vite réparées.

Еда хорошая. В соседнем ресторане. Персонал. Мы отдыхали с семьей, пять человек. Бронировали два номера. Девушке по имени Florence огромная благодарность. Сначала выдали в старом корпусе, серые, темные номера. Florence пошла нам на встречу и поменяла нам номера в новом корпусе. Спасибо ей большое!

Cons:

Звукоизоляция. В номерах громко слышно когда в коридоре кто-то ходит и разговаривает. В душевой смеситель плохо работал и вода в раковине медленно уходила.

Super hotel!
Pros:

Amazing location, 1 block from the beach! Tipical South Beach atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, very clean and so, so quiet! The rooftop lounge and pool is a must visit!
The Super friendly staff at the reception and restaurant as well... I surely recommend! Thank you UMA!

The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable!

Quieter than some of the other hotels along Collins Ave but facilities were disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel has some quiet rooms at the back away from the bustle of Collins Avenue and the traffic but also just around the corner which is a positive. Housekeeping were very good and rooms very clean. Front desk staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Pool area on rooftop is a long way from some rooms and in need of an update, torn cushions and general poor appearance. Beach beds for the hotel are a long walk away, 3 blocks North along Collins Avenue at 21st. More of a business type hotel for the nearby convention centre rather than a holiday type place.

Encantada!!!

Me encantó en general. Ordenada, limpia. Muy buena organización, la limpieza, las habitaciones muy lindas. Súper cómodo.

Cons:

Lo caro que cobran el parking. Pero sugiero buscar un Párkinson que está muy cerca y cobran mucho menos.
