Good hotel, great location
Pros:

Helpful and courteous staff, room amenities, snacks and drinks are very good. Really appreciate the free little snacks, juice and milk. Also the accessible sparkling and still water dispenser is very welcome.

Cons:

The hallway on the 3rd floor had a strong musty smell. The room has a slight musty aroma, not offensive but noticeable.

Awesome location, friendly staff and great facilities. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Perfectly centrally located. We had a girls weekend of catching up. Lots of great cafes nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Stored our bags on arrival before check in and again at the end before our flight.
Great tea/coffee, refreshments and nibbles in the room, all complimentary which was very nice. Lovely wine bar downstairs. Would certainly recommend to others and stay again ourselves.

Good but used to be better
Pros:

Staff are friendly.
Generally well-designed and interesting. Reasonable amenities and free nibbles in room a nice touch.
Bar downstairs is good.

Cons:

The corridors upstairs smelt musty, the rooms are quite dark and in need of better maintenance - deteriorated since first done including worn carpet. The sheets seemed reasonable quality but were very uncomfortable for me - allergic reaction to them. Pillows also not great.
White linen and towels would lighten the atmosphere.

Would have like coffee and tea making facilities in room. Choice of drinks could be more healthy than coke.

Great location but we won't return.
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and we had to ask for milk to be provided at the coffee station on both mornings. We expected the place to be a bit quirky, but didn't think it was fairly portrayed in the photos.
