I loved the decor and the bed was comfortable. The location was great too. Loved the free snacks.
It did get cold on the first night but the staff were awesome and supplied us with a plug in heater
Excellent location (except that you have to park in a Wilson carpark around the corner). Cuba Street is literally a stroll away. Staff were friendly, room clean and surprisingly quiet given the location. Good amenities. Shower was amazing.
So dark in and around the elevator, ok if you're a young person with good eyesight but a bit of a struggle for us. Have to go out into the hallway to make a coffee/tea.

It’s well-located and fun
I was cold - the heat pump didn’t reach the bed (long corridor) and the room is single glazed. By the time I discovered the problem, it was late and no staff were around. The hotel knows about this problem so I think they could anticipate it and provide a small heater. Also, while the room was clean, the carpet is old and stained and gives an initial poor impression

Everything! Such a cool hotel with a great vibe and brilliant location. Loved all the little touches and outside the square thoughts. Bathrooms were gorgeous, great showers and love the tiles. Felt like a New York boutique hotel. The bar was fabulous and great to see proper wine glasses throughout. Staff were amazing too, and nothing was a problem. Can’t wait to return!
