Clean, comfy everything you expect
Posizione comodissima per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni, accanto alla stazione. Colazione varia e ricca. Camera da letto piccola ma comoda e pulita. Campioncini di prodotti all’ingresso dove puoi prendere ciò che vuoi. Personale gentile. Ci è piaciuto tutto!

Hotel was very nice. Room is modern and clean. Location for us was good, walking distance to Osaka Castle (we went both during the day and in the evening to see it with lights), and across the street from subway station, with mall. Restaurants around but not located in very busy tourist area.
The sink is sort of in the room/hallway. It didn't bother us, there is a sliding door so you can still close the bathroom part from the room if you wanted to. I would stay there again.
Did not have breakfast at the hotel, there is a bakery at the mall with excellent European croissants.
everything was very good
The hotel is wonderful, stylish, fresh, and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a counter in the lobby with everything you might need in your room: coffee and toiletries. The rooms have Refa hair dryers and Refa shower heads. I even bought myself this shower head after trying it at this hotel. Osaka Castle is visible from the windows in the hotel corridor.
The hotel has a laundry room on the ground floor. I wasn't too keen on the smell of laundry after washing, as if they didn't add any laundry detergent.
Petit déjeuner cher mais superbe buffet, dont glace au matcha ... Nous ne l'avons pris qu'une fois. Chambre petite et limite avec grosses valises mais suffisante pour 2. Bien situé pour prendre les métros, restaurants alentours très bien pour le soir.
Bonne surprise, quasi en bas de l’hôtel, point d’arrêt d'un bus direct kansai aéroport pour 10 euros/ personnes, ticket à prendre que sur internet via un site d'interface japonaise très moyen, mais ca se fait ... Quartier calme.
L'agencement de la chambre pourrait être meilleur, café et thés pas terribles. Personnel serviable mais vraiment sans plus.
peu de machine à laver et séchage cher au final car pas efficace même en allongeant le temps. Un peu loin du château mais c’était notre choix. bon rapport qualité prix ... hors petit déjeuner, sauf si on en fait son repas de la journée.

房間內的垃圾桶是方型的不好丟棄垃圾。小冰箱稍微不夠冷。

Prachtig hotel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met veel keuze, zeer eendelijke medewerkers. Mooie kamer en voortreffelijke Refu douche en bad.
