Idealna lokalizacja, fantastyczny personel, czysto, bardzo dobra cena.
Pros:

Bardzo smaczne śniadania, lokalizacja około 30-40 metrów od stacji metra. Wszędzie blisko do sklepów, restauracji.

Cons:

Jedyny minus to wielkość pokoju ale jest to zaznaczone przy wyborze.

Comfortable enjoyable stay with great facilities
Pros:

Great location right next to the station and walking distance from Osaka castle. Room was fantastic - spacious and great facilities, we particularly liked the washer/dryer in the room and the extra special touches such as the Refa hair tools. Staff were amazing - super helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again and keen to try out other Keihan hotels following this.

Cons:

Nothing - fantastic stay, only wish we had longer!

Pros:

房間乾淨舒適，對面就是百貨跟地鐵，百貨的商場很齊全有松本清、Muji、gu、Uniqlo、大創、3coins店家都可以免，地鐵下面也有生鮮超市，非常方便位置
備品都在一樓很齊全，幾乎可以不用額外準備盥洗用品

Super hôtel que je recommande. Ils ont même des sèches cheveux REFA et le personnel est top ainsi que les objets dispo.
Pros:

La localisation, les équipements dont le sèche cheveux, les objets à disposition à l’hôtel et le personnel

Excellent base for exploring Osaka
Pros:

Location - (1) excellent for transport with both keihan line and Tanimachi line to get to Umeda, Namba and Kyoto; (2) walking distance to Osaka castle, Tenjimbashi shopping street or to Kitahama/Nakanishima areas for great coffee and brunch places; (3) shopping at Keihan mall across the road including uniqulo, Muji, 3 coins and Daiso as well as food supermarket on the basement floor and various restaurants on the 8th floor. (4) airport bus to/from Tenmabashi and Kansai Int’l airport now in operation, only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel - excellent housekeeping and cleanliness (which is very important to me), bed very comfortable, convenient for doing laundry, staff are very friendly and courteous.
Our room also had Rafa hairdryer and straightener which were very useful.

Our room had a nice view of Tenmabashi city lights and also a view of Osaka castle from the corridor on the 15th floor.

Cons:

It’d be ideal if the breakfast would include Japanese food.

Pros:

シャワーもドライヤーもリファので感動した。めちゃくちゃきれいだった。朝食バイキングも待たずにおいしく頂けた。おしゃれだった。立地がいいのにお得で有難かった。

Cons:

隣の音が聞こえた。壁が薄いのかな?とも思った。
