Habitación limpia y moderna cerca del Castillo de Osaka. De la zona de Dotonbori queda más lejos, pero esta genial para darte un paseo. También hay una estacion de metro justo delante. Personal muy amable.
Emplacement idéal proche des transports pour cet hôtel moderne et confortable. Personnel accueillant et très agréable. Chambre de bonne taille (possibilité d'ouvrir la valise !!). Bagagerie, envoi des bagages... Et le sourire !!

L'hôtel est près d'une station de métro, donc accessible. La chambre était totalement clean, bien équipée avec une salle de bain à la japonaise. La wifi fonctionne sans problème et surtout, le personnel est charmant et attentif. Vraiment un excellent souvenir!

The facilities are nice with a large room that could easily fit our family. The breakfast food was great and the staff were helpful when we needed to store luggage after check out.
The staff watch the breakfast area like hawks and even though I had pre-paid for breakfast, I was swiftly stopped when looking at the food options to show a receipt. It felt a little overbearing to be honest. If I hadn't already paid, I would have gone somewhere else if I couldn't even look at what they were offering... The other thing that could be improved is their coffee as it was the most bitter coffee I may have ever tasted and couldn't finish it.

The location was really amazing and central, the breakfast was quite good (although you could have more variety and more things for a 4 star hotel). The staff was kind and the laundry was a good thing to have.
The only bad thing is that unfortunately, although very kind, most of the staff from the reception couldn't speak one word of English. It should be the minimum in a 4 star hotel :/
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen direkt an einer großen Metro Station und 15min zu Fuß von der Burg entfernt.
Unser Zimmer war sauber aber etwas klein für zwei mittelgroße Koffer.
Frühstück hatten wir keins, es gab aber in der Nähe gute Kaffees.
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Having travelled around Japan for a month and having exceptional Japanese breakfasts; this hotel has an Italian buffet breakfast!
It’s a large hotel. I did not get any sense that l was in Japan, apart from the reception staff being helpful and courteous.
