I really liked the property’s excellent location, very close to the Statue of Belief. The rooftop pool offers a stunning clear view of the statue, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, the room service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Pros:

The room that I initially booked was not given to me. I had to go back and forth with the hotel to get the room I had paid for. Also, I had forgotten my earrings after checking out and I called the hotel immediately so one of the lady attended my call and I told her where I put those earrings and she told me she will get back to me but she did not.

Cons:

The staff is not well trained in house keeping very bad experience and also they respond back to your queries
