Great place to stay in NYC
I would like to thank the manager, Mr. Michelle he looked after us and gave us free parking free breakfast the room so clean the location marvelous would rather to come again
We have used this hotel previously and we like the location and the brand.
Unfortunately this time there didn’t appear to be enough staff working in the bar or restaurant which led to long waits to be served.
My checkout bill was substantially different to that quoted when booked. I have sent numerous emails without any response. There appear to be an awful lot of hidden charges/taxes. I’m afraid that my overall experience was not as expected.

My server Augustus was very welcoming and provided great service. The manager Matt stopped by and made me feel even more at home. It was topped off with the Braised Short Ribs!! A great way to start my trip!!

Hard Rick hotel was so beautiful.
I never expected to see a lot of artifacts of so many famous artists, in and out of the hotel suite. It was like dream come true. The staff were so kind and thoughtful for my special circumstances.
I would love to go back again.
Great stay! Small rooms but when you visit NYC, you don't camp out in the room.
