Η αγένεια των υπαλλήλων του Ντανιελ και καις άλλης κοπέλας οι οποίοι μα σχολίαζαν στα δενεσιξα και γελούσαν. Δεν μας καλωσορίσανε το μόνο που κάνανε είναι απευθείας να μας πούνε τη χρέωση που υπάρχει για να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας!Με το που φτάσαμε η υποδοχή ήταν πληρώστε. Αυτό το μήνυμα λάβαμε ως επισκέπτες

- Emplacement OK (a proximité de Tivoli), établissement moderne. Ville formidable et agréable.
- Certains membres du personnel très agréables (un autre avec malheureusement une attitude peu adaptée à la clientèle)
Globalement c'est le rapport qualité par rapport au prix que je remets en cause, surtout par des couts mesquins qui se rajoutent au séjour déjà cher.
Très habitué des hôtels, celui-ci avait des standards très particuliers :
- nettoyage de la chambre ou changement des serviettes uniquement sur demande, avant minuit la veille.
- Pas de bagagerie gratuite assurée par l'hotel mais un système de casier payant au parking (cher : 10€ par sac pour quelques heures, car les casiers sont très petits et les grands sont pris d'assaut. Tout les grands était complets au moment du check-out).
- SPA et Piscine non inclus, alors que c'est l'argument principal mis en avant sur Booking via texte et photos. En réservant, j'ai vu dans le titre "PISCINE et CENTRE DE BIEN ÊTRE", mais je n'ai pas fait attention au mot qui suivait : "EXCLUS"... Méthode marketing assez discutable. L'accès sur place était à 25 euros pour 1h30, mais avec des créneaux devant être réservés à l'avance.
- confort global pas à mes standards habituels pour de shôtels pourtant moins chers : lit trop mou, serviettes peu agréables, climatisation incompréhensible et qui semblait fonctionner aléatoirement, et pas possible de faire le noir complet dans la chambre à cause d'un rideau qui ne tenait pas en place... du coup réveillés par la lumière à 4h30 du matin...

The rooms are extremely small and impractical. The hotel takes too many people which meant for breakfast it was completely packed and hard to find an open table... this hotel is not a big enough hotel for the amount of people it intends to accommodate. the common areas are not spacious enough. The elevator in the morning just a complete catastrophe with no options to take the stairs. For the price you pay it doesnt make sense at all. My Fiance and I thought it would be slightly more luxurious from what it looked like on Bookings but it was very much average... Atleast if I went to an Ibis then maybe there would be less people. With the small rooms, and the lack of space you can say this hotel just prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction... A hotel I would never stay at again. Oh and let me add, for the amount of money you pay, they dont automatically clean your room, you have to request it over the website that someone comes to clean your room. So we requested this, and found that they didnt even vacuum the floor, we returned to the room and it seems like they spent max 2 minutes just quickly making the bed and exchanging the towels... We were at the beach the day before which is why we requested the cleaning, but they didnt vacuum so defeats the purpose really.

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to several serious issues.
First of all, there was a prolonged power outage during our stay. The hotel neither informed guests about the situation nor offered any apology. We were unable to charge our phones, take showers, or continue with our daily plans for hours. As a result, approximately one and a half days of our trip were significantly affected.
In addition, the air conditioning in our room did not work for three days and continuously leaked water, creating puddles on the floor. Since the windows could not be opened, there was no way to ventilate the room. We were forced to stay in a hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable environment throughout our stay.
We also had an unpleasant experience during breakfast. About ten minutes before breakfast service ended, we noticed that there were no eggs left. When we asked a staff member, we were told that the hotel had completely run out of eggs. However, shortly afterward, another employee managed to find and serve us eggs from elsewhere. Receiving contradictory and inaccurate information from staff members at the same time was very disappointing. Despite having fully paid for both the hotel stay and breakfast, we were treated as though we were making an unreasonable extra request. We raised this issue with the restaurant manager, but neither an apology nor any meaningful response was offered.
Additionally, due to a problem we experienced at another hotel, we wanted to extend our stay here by one more night. We went to the reception desk simply to ask whether there was availability. Instead of assisting us, we were told to check prices and availability ourselves on the Scandic website or on Booking.com. We specifically approached reception because we were looking for assistance. Even after explaining this, little effort was made to help us. Only after insisting did they check availability, at which point we discovered that no rooms were available.
