Cons:

No fridge in room? Was hot outside really wanted to cool down the drinks. New hotell built without fridges is kinda wierd?
Very hot in the room, even when I adjusted the ac to minimum but temperature didnt change

Fajny pobyt na parę dni dla rodziny
Pros:

Blisko od ogrodów Tivoli, ratusza, muzeum Kopenhagi czy metra. Jest czysto, bardzo dobre śniadania. Pokój rodzinny w porządku. Check in jak i out jest online. Widok na rzekę.

Cons:

Działające randomowo rolety zewnętrze odsłaniające się nagle w nocy.

Breakfast Buffett needs more food selections

The people at the front desk
Were not friendly specially the man . Also I emailed the property way ahead of our check in date requesting a room closer to elevator due to physical disability. It never happened!!!! Totally ignored as a matter of fact we were placed sooo far from the elevator!!!! Unbelievable!
No compassion at all !!!!!

Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix, pas de peignoir a disposition dans la chambre pour le spa.
Chambre trompeuse, super grande sur les photos et toute petite en réalité.
Vue vers le canal inexistante, supplément de 90€ pour l’avoir.

Habitación pequeña y limpieza deficiente
Pros:

El desayuno y que es un hotel nuevo.

Cons:

La habitación es muy pequeña, las camas no son cómodas. La limpieza muy floja, además de que tenés que solicitarla a diario, pero solo te cambian toallas y te hacen las camas. No limpian la habitación.

Good location, nice comfy beds, clean, modern with a lovely spa facility
Pros:

Location is good, fairly quiet hotel, lovely spa facilities, nice comfy beds

Cons:

Breakfast was very cramped, almost too busy to enjoy. We visited the hotel 2 summers ago and it wasn’t as busy as this. Having to queue at a juice machine for water isn’t ideal.

I understand that spa facilities need to be booked but to be charged each day feels a little excessive, especially given that the hotel itself isn’t the cheapest.
