Cons:

No tiene minibar hotel 4 *. No tienen agua de cortesía. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas . Sin una mesa o silla para sentarse. Las instalaciones son 4*. Las habitaciones no. Además, por defecto. Si no lo dices, no te limpian la habitación.

Good - but much room for improvement
Pros:

Good location - though a little far from train/metro stations.
Breakfast on 6th floor.

Cons:

Cost savings shining through everywhere - e.g. necessity to book cleaning the day before and no phones in the rooms.
Too few tv channels.
Spa with ridiculously slippery floors and no room for the relaxation beds.
Insufficient room for clothes in the room (and we had a junior suite ).

Cons:

I respect and understand the common sense of the sustainability by avoiding unnecessary cleaning of the rooms. But in this hotel it was on extreme level which makes the stay uncomfortable completely. We had to book for a light cleaning one day in advance which is OK. But even though we requested that it was ignored and we had to remind the staff in the evening for that to at least to change the dirty towels. But that request was also ignored.

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Two hours in the Wellness Centre was very relaxing. Harbour bus stop is close by.

Overall the stay was brilliant, lovely location, clean and professional.
Pros:

Perfect location and close to main attractions. Access to the roof top bar was a bonus for breakfast and evening cocktails.

Cons:

Its a shame that the access to the pool is an additional cost which is a bit higher than expected. Also although provided a place to store luggage after check out, this is located in the parking structure at a cost. Given this is a very good hotel, I would have thought the concierge services would have extended to this.

Goed hotel door goede ligging maar druk

De goede ligging.

Cons:

Geen frigo in kamer. Ontbijt ontzettend druk. Het was echt zoeken naar plaats. Het personeel doet wel zijn best om tafels snel af te ruimen.
Het ontbijtbuffet is ok, maar de ontbijtruimte doet rommelig aan en je moet opletten dat je geen warme maaltijd op je hoofd krijgt door het vele volk.
Tip: bak het spiegelei iets langer en was soms koud. Roerei is een beetje "plat" en niet zo smakelijk. Richt de ruimte wat gezelliger in.
