Lindo y agradable
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y agradable. El desayuno muy bueno, el café que ofrecian en la recepción delicioso, el personal amable y pendiente.

Cons:

Las habitaciones llamadas "superior" son muy pequeñas, a dos parejas les dieron habitación superior pero realmente era pequeña. A nosotros en cambio nos dieron una suite pero concluimos que el tamaño de la suite deberia ser el tamaño de las otras habitaciones. Sin embargo, las camas muy cómodas y limpias, la decoración muy linda y moderna.

It was an excellent place to stay.
Pros:

I loved the breakfast that was served daily but it took me a minute to understand the location on the first day.

Cons:

Nothing!
The face of my cell phone did die so I did lose all my pictures.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son tal cual a las fotos, está cerca de todo y de fácil acceso.

El espacio impecable, el detalle del regalo de cumpleaños por iniciativa del hotel nos pareció espectacular y de buen gusto.
Escuchan a los huéspedes y nos ayudaron a restaurar el agua caliente del lavamanos. Lls detalles de este sitio marcan la diferencia.

Outstanding place to stay
Pros:

Everything: one of our best stays in 2 months in Colombia. The hotel is really welcoming and comfortable and the staff are lovely. Eliana on reception helped us for example by organizing for our laundry to be done as no outside service was available. The hotel restaurant is great and the breakfast was too. Our room was superb - really comfortable. The hotel also reflects the urban aesthetic of the centre with craft and especially ceramics tastefully built in. Would come again any time.

Pros:

Tiene todo perfecto! La atención y amabilidad del personal, la ubicación (cerca al parque principal) y con buenos y variados restaurantes a la entrada y al frente del hotel. La habitación muy linda y cómoda.

En general el hotel es muy cómodo y acogedor, sin embargo se escuchan los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, siempre está limpio y el desayuno es muy rico y completo.

Cons:

En las habitaciones sencillas que dan al pasillo hace mucho calor y en la última instancia algunos inquilinos hicieron ruido en otras habitaciones en la madrugada sin permitirnos descansar
