Good value, modern, clean hotel in walking distance from Shinjuku
Pros:

Modern, clean, functional, good location in walking distance from Shinjuku. Nice shower and toilet, good master bed, strong but noisy aircon. Funny and somewhat unusual room layout which gives both a flavor of Japanese ryokans and a flavor of a small apartment. Very clever but also very SMALL!

Cons:

Really cramped room and no staff anywhere. Even the reception is entirely electronic. It worked fine but in case of an issue I simply don't know how to handle it. Regarding the beds, the master bed in the room was super fine while the sleeping area for kids was very basic (no real madras). However, it should be said that our kids enjoyed it very much and apparently slept just fine. Zero reception area so nowhere to go to if you travel with kids and they need to sleep a bit early.

Très bon emplacement et très confortable
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien, à 3 min du métro Higashi Shinjuku et à 10 min de Kabukicho.
Les chambres sont un peu étriquées (nous étions 5 personnes), surtout avec pas mal de bagages, mais très confortables et tout est en très bon état. La literie et le linge sont parfaits également.
Le personnel qu’on a croisé a été à l’écoute et très serviable, nous avons pu faire le check-in avec un peu d’avance sur l’horaire prévu, ce qui était très appréciable.

Cons:

Bien que très bien optimisée, la chambre était un peu petite.

Great place and location for a few days. Be aware that it is a self service hotel, no staff on site

La localisation était très bien. Proche des rues animées mais dans une calme.
Optimisation de l'espace avec un coin nuit de chaque côté de l'entrée et une salle de bain moderne et pratique

Cons:

Aucun personnel d'accueil (nous qui pensions déposer nos bagages à la réception...) et manque d'espace de rangement pour nos affaires.
Lumière du palier allumée en permanence et qui filtrait au dessus et en dessous de la porte. Isolation du palier moyenne, on entendait les voisons rentrer/sortir

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans cet établissement et si nous revenons à Tokyo, nous réserverons de nouveau SAK

L’emplacement, l’agencement, la mezzanine, la propreté, le calme…

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de machine à laver, et pas de personnel à la réception (le Check in et le Check out se fait seul, attention ⚠️ pas de réception des bagages par T-Q-BIN, nous avons fait livrer nos bagages quelques mètres plus loin)
