het ontbijt was bij een lokale pateserie. dat was prima. al waren de foto's die we zagen op een balkon en een lopend buffet. De kamer was schoon en ruim. De deur van je kamer ging open met een code ideaal. en prima locatie een aanrader
de deur bleef soms hangen in het slot.. maar werd snel gemaakt

Se arrivate alla stazione di Napoli, la posizione dell’hotel è buona. A piedi si impiegano una decina di minuti.
Diciamo che la stanza non era pulitissima. Cioè sulle asciugamani ho trovato diversi capelli di persone. Il letto invece era fatto bene. Lo specchio del bagno posizionato troppo alto che mi si vedeva solo la faccia.

Mali sme mat izbu s balkonom a vyhladom na mesto, dostali sme izbu bez balkona s vyhladom do vnutronloku - ok prezili sme. V kupelni pretekala nadrzka na vodu a nonstop to vytvaralo hluk. Okenica na okne sa nedala zaistit bol odtrhnuty hacik tym padom sme vnoci malo svetlo v izbe. Upratovacka po upratani izby nezmkla izbu ani raz, dvere stacilo potlacit a dostal som sa dnu, raz dokonca dvere boli pootvorene. Ranajky boli v pekarni kde som si 1 den OK zadarmo, 1 den musel zaplatit za ranajky lebo o nich nevedeli a 1 den som tam radsej nesiel

Non mi è piaciuto, dopo aver prenotato e pagato in anticipo, trovare la camera a noi assegnata occupata da altre persone. Nello specifico una volta entrati in possesso della camera,ci siamo resi conto che era occupato da altri clienti per la presenza a l'interno di essa di : bagagli, effetti personali in bagno ecc.... Di fronte alle nostre rimostranze, dopo un' ora lo staff dell' hotel si rendeva conto di avere ceduto ad altri la camera. Non essendoci altre disponibilità e in questa ne in altre strutture, siamo dovuti tornare a casa.

I am a wheelchair user, and I must formally raise a serious complaint regarding my stay.
The property was not accessible, despite being advertised as suitable for guests. The entrance was not wheelchair accessible, and the ramp was blocked by the owner, effectively preventing safe entry and exit. This is a clear failure to ensure basic accessibility standards.
After check-in, there was no staff present at the accommodation for two consecutive days. During this time, I and several other guests were locked out of the property. I was given a key to a large metal gate for vehicle access, but due to my physical condition, I was unable to operate it safely.
When I contacted the owner to request assistance, I was told to “solve it myself” and that the situation was not their responsibility. No support or reasonable accommodation was offered. This behavior is unacceptable, discriminatory, and shows a complete disregard for the needs of a disabled guest.
Due to these unsafe and inaccessible conditions, and the total lack of assistance, I had no choice but to terminate my stay early. I was forced to purchase a new flight ticket and return home at my own expense.
I consider this a serious breach of duty of care and a violation of accessibility and consumer protection principles. I request:
a full refund of my stay,
reimbursement of my additional travel costs,
and a formal investigation into this property.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the complaint to the relevant consumer protection and disability rights authorities.
