Queremos destacar el personal del hotel, tanto la atención en desayuno como en el almuerzo y piscina. El personal del spa, Joana y Ricardo, han sido muy profesionales y el tratamiento recibido ha sido excepcional.
Tuvimos un problema en la habitación a las 23h porque el sistema de cierre eléctrico de cortinas no funcionaba. Al cabo de 25minutos de intentar repararlo por personal del hotel dentro de la habitación, se decidió cambiarnos de habitación . Nos cedieron otra para poder dormir pero la temperatura estaba muy baja y no conseguimos que subiera en toda la noche.
Es la tercera vez que visitamos este hotel y nunca antes había ocurrido algo así. Creo que la solución de cambiarnos a las 23:50h no ha sido buena dado que esa habitación no estaba preparada para alojarnos. Una pena.

Great place to stay outside of the busy center of Porto. The garden and views are great. Spa area was great. We ate at the gastronomic restaurant, dishes were well executed.
We couldn’t use the outside swimming pool as it was not cleaned for the new season. The service for outside drinks was very slow and we had to chase the waiter. The dishes of the restaurant were good but could have varied more in test.
O pequeno-almoço é realmente bom, embora um bocadinho demorado, tudo o que vinha da cozinha. A decoração está bem conseguida, os quartos são confortáveis e o jardim é agradável.
Ao reservar um quarto com vista rio, as primeiras fotos são todas de quartos com banheira, e podem atribuir um sem banheira. Além disso, pedem 10€ por pessoa, por marcação, para aceder ao SPA, que era algo que eu não esperava depois de pagar mais de 350€/noite, especialmente tendo um bebé, tenho pouco tempo para desfrutar - o SPA não tem jacuzzi, tem uma vitality pool que não é tão quente - não é super claro na reserva que o spa em si tem um custo extra.
Mais grave que isso, o meu namorado apanhou um choque brutal no quarto, numa tomada que tinha um "pino" de um outro carregador que ninguém removeu (e isto não é culpa do hotel, é difícil reparar) e quando alertámos, não houve nenhum gesto de cuidado, foi só um "peço desculpa, vamos ver".
De uma forma geral, oferece uma boa experiência mas não me parece premium o suficiente para o valor.
Decoração
Comida. Tanta propaganda à comida e apanhei a maior intoxicação alimentar da minha vida com ovo cru! Os responsáveis e os funcionários nunca se preocuparam, nunca perguntaram se era necessário alguma coisa. Fiquei24 h sem comer porque não havia menu adequado. Qbandonei o hotel uma noite antes do final e nem assim se preocuparam. Não fiz queixa no LR porque só queria vir embora.
O quarto não tinha comodidades. Sem poltrona, sem mesa, apenas a cama e uma cadeira de madeira incómoda.
A piscina do spa estava com temperatura abaixo do desejável e 3 jatos do recanto de hidromassages estavam avariados, restando quase nada para muitos clientes.
Preços muito acima da qualidade da oferta.

Tive um problema com ar condicionado a noite e não resolveram, pela manhã um lava jato barulhento começou a ser usado as 8 da manhã

O preço , tendo em conta a qualidade o preço é um pouco excessivo
Um lugar tranquilo e confortavel para recuperar as energias do agito de Lisboa e do Porto!
Cafe da manha execelente, staffs otimos e arrumacao do quarto impecavel.
Ficaria mais dias, porém tivemos que seguir viagem.
O caminho até o hotel, deve-se ter muita atencao ao se dirigir a maioria das ruas sao de mao dupla porém, só passa um carro.
Gostariamos de ter ficado em um quarto com vista para o jardim porém, fomos colocados com vista para o estacionamento nao ficamos felizes com isso.
Além disso, nao sabiamos que a piscina externa estaria fechada/em obra.
