Great location!
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was excellent.

Cons:

No air conditioning, no fan and 80 degree weather. The breakfast had limited choices. The price was high for being off season and not all attractions and lifts were open.

We hadden een heel prettig verblijf in dit hotel.
Pros:

We hadden een mooie, modern ingerichte kamer met een balkon waar we ‘s avonds comfortabel konden zitten en zelfs een beetje zicht op de Matterhorn hadden.
De ligging van het hotel is ideaal, op 5 minuten wandelafstand van het station.
Heel vriendelijk personeel.
We aten eenmaal in het restaurant, dat was erg gezellig en lekker.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Er was weinig keuze en de eerste dag was het brood droog. Voor deze prijs had iets van warme opties zoals spek met eitjes wel gemogen.

Good but not excellent.
Pros:

The stay was comfortable (bed was very nice, view was good, room was clean and tidy) and the staff were all very nice. We love the balcony!

Cons:

Just that the breakfast was really the bare minimum, with no hot food, only cold food such as ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals and bread were served. There were not scramble eggs or hot dogs, or pancakes. It was a disappointment for the breakfast. The room and toilet were also a little too small especially when we had a baby cot inside the room, the room had no space to put and open our luggages.
