Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Mit 4.Sternen hat es nix zu tun. Kein Wlan, keine Minibar, kein Service Telefon, kein Parkplatz (auẞer Tiefgarge die man extra bezahlen muss pro Nacht), Frühstück im Keller ohne Fenster, in den oberen Etagen fehlt es an frischer Luft in den Gängen. Das Restaurant da gibt es nur Frühstück. Die Bar am Empfang ist nur ein kleine Trinkniesche um da was zu bekommen hätten wir auf die Nachtschicht warten müssen da die Spätschicht leider nicht in der lage war uns zu bedienen geschweige den uns zu verstehen.

Cons:

Haben 200€ Kaution bezahlt, bei der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt das wir sie zurückbekommen.

Ist mittlerweile 3 Wochen her.

Jedesmal wenn man anruft und nachfragt bekommt man keine richtige Auskunft und die Mitarbeiter sagen sie müssen es mit dem Manager abklären und melden sich wieder.

Gemeldet hat sich trotz mehrerer versuche niemand.

Absolut unprofessionell und ärgerlich.

Die Zimmer wurden an andere Gäste vermietet. Wir standen mitten in der Nacht ohne Unterkunft da. Laut Bewertungen auch auf anderen Portalen ist das wohl bei dem Hotel häufiger der Fall. Also verlasst Euch nicht auf die Buchung.

Die Unterkunft war Zentrum nah, sehr gute Preis Leistung , Freundliches Personal,

Cons:

Fand das Toilettenpapier nicht so toll, war sehr dünn und am Ende verbraucht man auch mehr davon.

Für eine kurzfristige Übernachtung sehr geeignet
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal war bemüht und höflich.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße mitten im Wohngebiet. Man muss geduldig sein und mehrere Runden fahren, bevor man einen Parkplatz findet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr übersichtlich.

Das Bett war super, es war sauber, aber es war heiß und ab 8 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Ich habe überhaupt nicht gut geschlafen und bin deshalb eine Stunde früher abgereist.
