Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Einen Parkplatz zu bekommen unproblematisch. Das Zimmer war super eingerichtet und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Außer Süßes keine vegane Option.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

Das Zimmer bzw. Hotel war nicht ausreichend sauber. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns persönlich nicht überzeugt.

Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist aus unserer Sicht sehr ungünstig gestaltet. Beim Einfahren hat unser Auto am Boden aufgesetzt und wurde dabei verkratzt.

Die Nutzung der Tiefgarage war zudem umständlich. Ein Mitarbeiter konnte zunächst nicht sagen, welcher Schlüssel für die Tiefgarage benötigt wird. Außerdem steht für die Tiefgarage nur ein Schlüssel zur Verfügung, der jedes Mal abgeholt und anschließend wieder zurückgebracht werden muss.

Während der Nacht und auch am Morgen war es teilweise sehr laut, insbesondere durch das Zuschlagen von Türen. Dadurch war die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigt.

Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls nicht überzeugt, da die Auswahl aus unserer Sicht sehr begrenzt war.

Insgesamt sehen wir in mehreren Bereichen Verbesserungsbedarf und würden das Hotel daher derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen.

Godt, men hvis vi ikke får refunderet for meget betalt for opholdet, er det skuffende
Pros:

Synes hotellet var fint. Der var lidt problemer med at finde vores booking, så vi købte en øl til ventetiden. Nu er vi så blevet trukket for hotelopholdet 2 x hvilket vi ikke synes er OK. Godt nok ikke det største beløb men alligevel er det ikke OK.

Cons:

Det ville have været dejligt hvis vi kunne få mad på stedet.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Der Mann an der Rezeption hat keinen Durchblick. Sollte das Frühstück doppelt bezahlen, einmal bei Ankunft und dann nochmal bei Auschecken. Einfach traurig.

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, ein paar Sekunden vom Borsigplatz entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel entsprechend vorhanden und absolut bezahlbar. Im Zimmer war alles übliche drin. Preis/Leistung war mMn im grünen Bereich.

Cons:

Parken ist definitiv schwierig. Und den Feueralarm (Fehlalarm) um kurz nach 3.00 Uhr in der Nacht kann man dem Hotel nicht anlasten, wenn er (mutmaßlich) durch Fehlverhalten eines Gastes ausgelöst wird.
