Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt: unfreundliches Personal, dreckige und schlecht ausgestattete Zimmer, schlechtes Essen, ü

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt leider sehr enttäuschend und entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen.

Bereits beim Empfang fiel auf, dass Teile des Personals sehr unprofessionell und unfreundlich auftraten. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen waren die Mitarbeiter häufig wenig interessiert und zeigten kaum Bereitschaft, den Gästen weiterzuhelfen.

Die Zimmer waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber und insgesamt sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Weder ein Safe noch ein Kühlschrank waren vorhanden, was heutzutage in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.

Auch das Essen konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Geschmacklich war es enttäuschend und entsprach nicht dem Standard, den man bei den aufgerufenen Preisen erwarten darf. Zudem war das Hotel insgesamt sehr überfüllt, wodurch es sowohl im Restaurant als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen häufig unangenehm voll war.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass die Bilder auf Booking leider nicht der Realität entsprechen. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich moderner und hochwertiger, als sie tatsächlich ist. Vor Ort waren wir daher sehr enttäuscht, da unsere Erwartungen durch die Darstellung im Internet nicht erfüllt wurden.

Besonders ärgerlich war der Check-out. Obwohl dieser offiziell erst um 10:00 Uhr vorgesehen war, wurde unser Zimmer bereits gegen 08:30 Uhr gereinigt – obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt hatten. Dadurch konnten wir das Zimmer vor unserer Abreise praktisch nicht mehr nutzen, was absolut inakzeptabel ist.

Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr klein und bietet nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an Geräten. Zusätzlich mussten Liegen am Pool separat bezahlt werden und waren nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Ebenso war es nicht erlaubt, eigene Getränke oder Snacks mit an den Pool zu nehmen, was wir als unnötig restriktiv empfunden haben.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht.

Cons:

Restavracija. Totalno zgrešena logistika, neskončna vrsta za samopostrežni bife, samo zato, ker ni urejene logistike. V vrsti pred restavracijo je bilo potrebno čakat pol ure, temu primerno je izgledala tudi ponudba na bifeju - v glavnem prazni pladnji. Na drugem koncu jedilnice je bil še en bife, do katerega ni možno prit preko vrste, ko pa si vzameš, kar je pač ostalo na bifeju, prideš na koncu še do juhe...

Cons:

Hotel je vrlo star, prljav i neodržavan. U glavnoj zgradi klima uređaj ne radi, a u sobama je temperatura oko 30 °C, zbog čega je boravak u njima praktički nemoguć.

Unatoč brojnim pritužbama i molbama da se problem riješi, osoblje hotela uopće ne reagira. Osim toga, za večeru se svakodnevno stvaraju ogromni redovi, što dodatno pogoršava ukupni dojam boravka.

Cons:

V prvom rade Hotel Imperial je jednoznačne na upadku. Izba stara čistota biedna, v celom hoteli funguje len jeden výťah katastrofa.Jedlo studene a nedochutene. Nehodnotím to len tak bol som v tomto hoteli v romu 2024,2025 a bolo to uplne ine kvalitovo a sluzbami. Žial ako sa zmenilo vedenia hotela, cely hotel posobí ošarpano nechutne.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Decor tied, no hot shower for a week,
Light was broken above the bed, towel hooks hanging of the wall. The door handle and hand rail to the block where hanging if and very dangerous.
The lady manager was very unhelpful. The breakfast was never hit and always had to wait for bread and croissants. The coffee machines were always breaking and very long queues. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m 57
